claiming still does not work. i am in contact with dev team since yesterday and they gave me few steps which didnt help. instead my ETH is lost from my metawallet. what a waste of time and money

Hello, still unable to claim the tokens. When I click on the link and then on wallet connect, I see my wallet address. I then see my number of tokens but with a lot of zeroes behind it. If I press claim now then I choose TW. I am then redirected to TW but nothing else happens.
