I asked Claude to explain a formula I just wrote.
It cost 7,800 tokens for a question that needed zero context. Not a model problem.
An architecture problem.
Most AI setups front-load everything.
Standards, templates, docs.
Loaded for every message.
You pay for context that had nothing to do with your question.
The fix is called Agent Skills.
Load context on demand, not upfront.

Today, I finally got my semi-automated LinkedIn posting solution running.
The solution is based on #ChatGPT, #SharePoint, #PowerAutomate and #WIX
2/n Using the WIX API, the solution reads a blog post specified in a #SharePoint, downloads the cover image, summarises it, and posts an invitation to read it on LinkedIn. As the LI algorithm doesn't like external links in the main post, this is added as a comment.

Generally, I like troubleshooting #PowerBI datasets, as I enjoy the challenges that they present, with one exception: Incremental refresh; the first load waiting time sucks big time; this is worsened by the fact that I am not a good multitasker.
The lightning-fast performance of the subsequent refreshes is always worth the painful first one: 35 minutes vs 19 seconds!
