Aight....my official @OVRPerformance Sprint review....I've used Freelap, Dashr (Blue and Silver), Arenagear, and even the budget SKLZ gates in some capacity.
Over the last two days we've timed over 200 flys. Average time to run twenty reps is about a minute and a half. 🧵

We do several seated jump variations. I’ve been messing with @OVRPerformance to get the right set up for them.
I use the DC Blocks to protect the units - gives a visual - our benches fit over the blocks. OVR is lined up with one foot (left here) and we jump.

@OVRPerformance giving our athletes the advantage they deserve.

I had one specific athlete in mind to test the upper bounds on the velo bench test, and, as fate would have it, we were both at the National Throws Conference last weekend! Turns out an Olympic medalist shot putter can hit nearly 4m/s peak velocity with the bar!

Hope this is a trend in the right direction for our industry. @OVRPerformance vbt: Simple setup, no required subscription, affordable, accurate and works every time.
So many cool products out there I can’t justify getting because they simply don’t work in a training session.

I use @OVRPerformance
Really enjoy what they've built.
For years this process has been really expensive and not easy to move around.
Times have changed. These devices are big in the performance world. I think if more average people understood it they would have fun with it.

Huge shoutout to @OVRPerformance for helping us take @NelsonUBaseball to the next level.
Going to put us in a great spot when guys get back from break to not only get our guys physically prepared, but to also measure their daily readiness.
