ALT This aerial photograph of the campus looking toward the southeast was made in 1927. In the thirty-five years since the first University of Oklahoma building opened, the campus had grown to more than twenty buildings. Several buildings, such as the Field House, Memorial Stadium, the Liberal Studies Building, the Engineering Building, and the Pharmacy Building, had been completed recently, and a student union and library were scheduled for construction in the near future.
