@JCeoltaSmith and Dr Clare Rayner have now stepped down from their roles with the @long_covid Employment Group Both Jenny and Clare have also temporarily stepped down from @longcovidwork -both were co founders of this which is independent of our advocacy work for @long_covid

As an #OccupationalTherapist I was dismayed with #Disregard to my reports of visual changes at #LongCovid clinic- No advice, signposting etc No specific knowledge of #LongCovid known at the opticians either. Anecdotal reports of dry eye+++ too, that's important and treatment

Despite explicitly acknowledging the need to help people with long-term illnesses and disabilities, the Chancellor had nothing to offer the 2 million people living with Long Covid in the UK, many of whom find it impossible to ‘get back to work’. Speaking on Sky News earlier 👇
