Australia's immigration agenda is doing exactly what it's meant to. Deliver business a vast sector of disempowered, low wage workers. Well done to LNP, ALP, Greens & Independents- big business thanks you.
Turns out high volume, low skill immigration is a disaster for the working poor.

Are there any more ways Israel is yet to emulate the Holocaust? Israel was founded to ensure "Never Again." Israel can no longer hide behind the mask of victimhood.
I don’t know who will care about what I’m saying, but something very serious has been happening in Gaza for the past few days, and it is happening repeatedly in a deeply frightening way. Late at night, while families are asleep, special forces enter areas where displaced people are gathered and arrest men from among their families, in front of their wives and children, before taking them to unknown locations. This happened yesterday, it happened today, and it has happened in the days before as well. And one question keeps haunting all of us: Why is this happening? Where are they taking these men? What will happen to them? And why are they entering areas where displaced people are staying in the middle of the night and taking men away from their families? No one tells us anything. We don’t know who will be next, whether those detained will ever return to their families, or even what awaits them after they are taken away. This is no longer a single incident that can simply be ignored. It is something happening repeatedly right in front of us, and it seems to be happening more and more. We are living with unanswered questions and a very real fear that one of us could be next, without knowing why or where they will take us.

“India surpassed China in 2023 to become the world’s most populous nation. The announcement was met with chest-thumping. It should have been met with a national emergency declaration. China has three times India’s landmass and nearly six times its GDP.

Bird flu could expose just how little we spend on conservation in Australia and how unprepared we are. We spend 6c out of every $100 in the budget to protect and manage the incredible habitats and species we share this continent with. When will we start making decisions like we love this continent and plan to be here for a long time? smh.com.au/environment/conse…

BREAKING: Israel is burning the forests of Wadi al-Slouqi and Houla in South Lebanon. Not military targets. Forests, valleys, hills and entire ecosystems. This is not only an environmental crime. It is the deliberate erasure of a piece of Lebanon’s natural heritage.

The gas industry is using Albanese as a doormat. Tax the gas! @GrogsGamut: "In 2025-26, Australia exported $52.6bn more LNG than 25 years earlier (a lazy 1,968% increase), but the government raised $979m less PRRT (a 41% drop)." theguardian.com/business/gro…

The lessons from 1914 China is the new Germany - an emerging economic and political power. The "allies" choose to see this as a threat and are building up "deterance" which will only provoke war, not deter. crispinhull.com.au/2026/08/0… via @Crispin Hull
