A major cyberattack has disrupted supermarket refrigeration systems across France, destroying fresh and frozen food stocks.
Hackers reportedly exploited older Danfoss refrigeration controls overnight October 11th to 12th, manipulating defrost cycles and setting temperatures as high as 50°C.
AFP reports 150 to 200 Intermarché and nearly 100 Coopérative U stores affected. E. Leclerc, Metro and independent businesses were also reportedly impacted. Carrefour Market and Monoprix were additionally identified through employee accounts, but remain unconfirmed by those chains.
In Haguenau, an Intermarché reportedly lost €50,000 in stock, while another store suffered €220,000 in losses. Reporting conflicts over the second store's identity. Nationwide damages could reach millions, although no verified estimate exists.
Both supermarket groups confirmed the attack, with Coopérative U activating crisis teams.
Paris prosecutors have opened an investigation, including possible related fires. The precise vulnerability, whether Danfoss itself was breached, and the perpetrators remain unidentified or unconfirmed.

🚨 BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Ohio mental hospital CONFIRMS James Talarico was discharged from the facility earlier this week
The “flu” thing was a BIG FAT LIE
Following reporting by @SaraGonzalesTX and @CarolineWren, a hospital employee told @RheinAmacher and I that Talarico had in fact been a patient at the Lindner Center of Hope near Cincinnati, Ohio, which specializes in around-the-clock mental health treatment.
While I sympathize with those dealing with mental health crises, this man is CLEARLY not suited to become a US Senator representing over 30 MILLION TEXANS.
The job doesn’t get easier after being elected — it only gets MORE stressful.
And Talarico clearly can’t handle it.
I pray he gets the help he needs, but Texans need a real representative they can rely on.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Lindner Healing Center has refuted this
They have made a statement that James Talarico has never received treatment at Lindner Healing Center x.com/lindnerctrhope…

NEW BORN INFANTS CAN BE TERMINATED (INFANTICIDE) AFTER A LIVE BIRTH IN MINNESOTA
MN Governor Tim Walz signing to REPEAL the Minnesota “Born Alive Infants Protection Act.”
Now a botched abortion (an infant born alive after a botched abortion) or a healthy new born infant, Can Now Be LEGALLY TERMINATED after a live birth. This is defined as INFANTICIDE. Keeping the new born drugged until it's death is been labled as " COMFORT CARE"
Look how elated the women around Waltz are behaving…

Immigration advocacy groups are helping states build entire government offices to make immigrants’ needs a political priority—with PUBLIC MONEY.
They’re called “Offices of New Americans.”
Their national network reports participation from 24 states.
These offices expand immigrant services, advise governors and lawmakers, and—in some states—provide free lawyers to fight deportation.
And “New Americans” doesn’t mean you have to be an American citizen.
New York explicitly includes people born abroad and their children “irrespective of immigration status.”
That includes illegal immigrants.
The American Immigration Council and World Education Services help states expand this model through coaching, research and policy advice.
The playbook even explains how to give these offices “continuity across administrations.”
This young women is on target.
So glad to see a lot of young Americans finally paying attention to how destructive, hateful and violent the democrat party is. This young lady nails it. @CA_Dem
The truth about how Democracies die.
Back in 2017, I read a book called How Democracies Die. Despite being authored by two left wing professors, it's a very, very good book.
The book is about how (mostly) populist movements kill democratic systems. The overwhelming majority of the book covers how right wing movements topple democracies.
It's very well researched and cited, and I enjoyed reading it immensely.
But as I read through all the examples, I couldn't help but wonder: why in the world did these right wing movements wake up one day and decide to destroy these supposedly perfectly stable societies?
It just didn't make sense.
So after I finished the book, I made a list of ten examples in the book to research.
The first thing I found is that these right wing movements were reacting to something. That's why they're called reactionary movements. And what were they reacting to? Socialist or communist movements.
In EVERY SINGLE CASE*, the right wing movement arose in direct response to the rise of a violent socialist or communist movement.
It's an immune reaction.
In EVERY SINGLE CASE*, the socialist or communist movement had either already taken power or was threatening to and, in the latter cases, the right wing movements that took power simply beat the communists to the punch.
The Right took power before the communists did. That's it. That's literally all you need to know about why and how right wing movements take power.
That's how your vaunted democracies die. Not because right wingers wake up one day and, for no reason at all, decide to take power, but because the Far Left threatened to do it first.
What Joel Berry and James Lindsay and all the others should understand (if they don't already), is that if you want to stop the so-called "Woke Right" then the real enemy is the Woke Left.
There is no right wing immune response if there's no cancerous Far Left movement threatening to destroy their country.
There is no reactionary movement if there's nothing to react to.
Why, then, do they spend SO MUCH TIME antagonizing the populist right wing?
And why does Joel Berry keep posting these absolute dog shit takes that actually illustrate the point of his opposition? Is his IQ actually 300 instead of 30? Inquiring minds want to know.
(*One claimed exception is right-wing Imperial Japan, which did not start as an outgrowth of opposition to communism, but a reaction to the coercive influence of Western imperialism. Once the right-wing imperial system was adopted, Japan did suppress socialist and communist movement, and passed laws that effectively banned both. I don't believe Japan is an exception, but some ACKSHUALLY reply guy might bring it up, and here's your sign.)

This is how people get shot by ICE. I have zero sympathy for these criminals. Democrats have incited this violence. All of them.

HOLY SH*T!
Former Coast Guard member who traveled to North Carolina with her K9s for body recovery efforts was advised to avoid FEMA, as agents were reportedly confiscating supplies from private citizens. Additionally, members of the volunteer group she worked with discovered that FEMA was diverting supplies meant for North Carolinians to migrant shelters.

This argument comes up every so often. The answer is yes, I do want you to network locally with others who agree on the problems we face.
No societal problem has ever been solved by a single individual.
Nothing that has been worth doing has ever been done without human networks.
To fail in building local networks is to fail twice: once by not trying, and again by being forced to face what's coming alone.
There is of course the risk of bad actors and infiltration.
First, that's a vetting and validation problem, which is largely solvable. (Vetting is an ongoing process, especially for intent and behavior.)
Second, the person who shrieks "fed!" and "informant!" at every turn is one of two people:
- either a scared individual who shields his own fear and inadequacy by encouraging others to be fearful and inadequate; or
- someone who is deliberately trying to condition a belief of fear and learned helplessness in you.
Atomization is the goal of the people who benefit the most from your continued inaction. Don't give them that advantage.
95% of the black pillers on this site are too chickenshit to talk to their neighbors, but they're the ones encouraging you to violence.
Whether things get violent or not, you will need strong political and social networks to sustain your efforts.
Study literally any low intensity conflict in human history.
There has never once been a side that could have won if they only had less political power. No side that could have won if they only had less social power. If they only had less economic power.
That power comes from one place: organization.
Yes, you have to organize if you want to win.
Yes, you actually have to talk to people.
Yes, you have to close the X app and circulate in your community to attract the kind of support you want.
Peace time networks form the basis for war time networks, whether your war is an election or an armed conflict.
The time to build your networks is now.
Replying to @SeriousVanko @grayzoneintel
Yeah, but what he wants is for people to get in local groups using thier real names in the name of "organizing".

Do you think civility is the state of the natural world? Of course not.
You live in a civil society because it took exactly this kind of "barbarity" to produce it.
Radical Rosenthal literally wants satantists doing the daily invocations in the Texas Capitol.
You really can’t make this stuff up.
Every Texan needs to reject this radicalism so we can focus on common sense solutions for the oil and gas industry.
A lot of Texans think they don't have to vote because 'Texas will never turn blue' and that is a problem. This is why every Texan needs to drag your neighbors / church / friends to the booth.
I went jogging around my neighborhood last night just to see who had political signs up.
For background, my neighborhood went 65/35 for Trump in 2024.
For every 1 Paxton sign, I saw 7 or 8 Talarico signs. Someone might read a blue wave landslide, and they'd be wrong.
My take: Talarico fans are more avid. Most of my neighborhood would put out a Paxton sign if they thought he was a better person, morally. They're still going to vote for him. I still think Paxton by 5, which is too close for comfort.
Disgusting 3rd world animals
I've witnessed this disgusting behavior in person both in public and at the former Nortel campus in Plano TX. We are not compatible with these lowlife invaders from third world countries. The sad thing is that we voted for mass deportations and the one man who had a workable plan was put out to pasture. I'm referring to @GregoryKBovino. Mike Glover @mikeunshaken and I sit down with him tomorrow for a sobering conversation on this topic.
