The Arnaud Panto will never be quite the same again! He made us roar with laughter every single day working with him - a kind, razor-sharp, outrageous man. Rest well, Kit x

We are greatly saddened to hear of the passing of Kit Hesketh-Harvey, please see our statement below. Our thoughts are with Kit's family at this sad time. #KitHeskethHarvey
All at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre are devastated to learn this evening of the death of actor, composer and writer Kit Hesketh-Harvey, our much loved friend and colleague. A regular on the Arnaud stage in our annual pantomime usually playing the villain, and with his cabaret act Kit and the Widow and later Kit and McConnell. He and his partner James McConnell were one of the first acts back on the Arnaud stage when we reopened from the pandemic closures. Kit was talented, naughty, witty, fearless, extremely funny, and kind. He will be much missed by our audience and those who knew and worked with him. Our thoughts are with his family.

I know things are scary now. And I know that things have felt scary for a REALLY long time. We have been bombarded by hard things and we are all so very, very tired. I haven’t done a psychology thread in a while, but it feels like one might be necessary right now. #EnergyCrisis

Sending my love to all at #pride today. Pride is a protest. Pride is a celebration. Celebration of your beautiful self IS a protest. Be loud, be proud, burn brightly so that others may bask in the glory that is you.

Dear fellow @EquityUK members - it is Election Time and that requires ACTION. Simply being part of a union isn't enough, we need to VOTE in the upcoming elections if we want to see real change I only just learned this myself so I'm passing on the info Here's how it works:

The epidemic of drinks spiking targeting young women - students and not - in nightclubs has a horrific new variant: injecting women in the back or leg with the same drugs. I asked my daughter - first year at a UK uni - if she had heard of it and she sent me this:
