And I chose to scale coaches Connect and build a team for that. I also chose to make OPP only for professionals (in person) so we can put our time and attention in the correct place as a staff. If you like it, cool. If not. I don’t give a sh!t. This is my life & I’m happy.

I’m sure others have their opinions on what I should or shouldn’t do with my business. But that doesn’t matter to me. Nobody else has this same opportunity that I have or will go through what I did to create it. So the decision is mine.

I also get the impact of changing facility owners and coaches personal life’s just like mine changed. Giving them the financial ability to provide for their family and provide more for their athletes. It makes me whole. And I love it.

… W2 every employee and pay better than before. I finally bought my time back. I wanted to do that for others. So I built coaches Connect. And it took off. I now get to scale my impact with the player development systems I created by installing them in facilities nation wide.

Then I found myself in love with that process. Helping others do what I did. I was able to get my wife and kids our first house. Move us out of the apartment and got all new cars. I was able to take my parents on vacation and experience things they never had before. I was able..

I started off as a dude who just loved baseball and the weight room. Who had zero expertise in business. Yet I built a business. A pretty good sized one. And I understood how to scale it. These skills I learned… I leaned into. After several years I started consulting.

..than just a place I go to coach. I wanted to make a real impact. I wanted to train professionals. Eventually that happened. As time went on and I got better at marketing, building a team, scaling (without loans, co founders or partnerships) I realized something.

When I launched @OPPtraining I was only good at coaching. I had 1 child with another on the way. I would work tirelessly 24/7 with little to show for it besides my athlete results. Eventually I wanted to create a life for my family and myself. I also wanted OPP to be more…

I started Coaches Connect a year ago. I have been consulting for about ~5 years before I launched it. But I had a nack for helping others build systems for both player development and growing their business. It was because of the process I went through growing OPP.

This is why we closed the doors to athletes who are not professionals. We partner with several agents who we continue to work with their players in the off season. We also provide online training to athletes. Coaches Connect is the big reason, keep reading if you’re interested.
Big Announcement 👇 @OPPtraining has spent the last year building a full license program to equip coaches and facility owners with the entire High Level Systems™ playbook. Hitting, S&C, throwing, systems, brand building, culture, business mentorship and more… 1/3

This is what happens when you scale something that can create impact at a high level. It’s far beyond quick insults on Twitter to chase clout. Thanks for shout out though.

We closed to high school and college athletes. Our systems scaled into 80+ locations around the country in the last 12 months & our team now consults full time and only works with professional athletes in person at our facility. Online is available for everyone else.
Rumor has it that @OPPtraining facility closed down! Maybe when you teach a garbage swing and players fail this is what happens huh? The arrogance alone from the entire HLP clan makes it impossible to have sympathy for AJ. It hasn’t been a good year for @Teacherman1986 and his minions. #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @billdubs @iamrags @artofhitting @hittingguru7 @slider_sinker @SliderDom @low_and_outside @TheRealJHair @DMEASrecruiting @VandyonTigers @mikepiazza31 @KevinKennedyMLB @SalMarinello @RVGDag @AMBS_Kernan @TheKineticArm @WillClark22 @MLB @MLBPA @MLBPAA

Just because we're in a wide stance doesn't make it specific to the sport in the same way the zercher squat isn't specific to combat sports because it's anteriorly loaded.

Acceleration days we're apply TONS of force into the ground, trying to cover as much distance in as little as time as possible. We move to heavy movements to further promote force into the ground followed by horizontal plyos to engrain horizontal projection

Load into the rear leg, hold the move as you ride forward, then snap the barrel on command. The goal is not to guess when to swing, it is to stay loaded long enough to launch when you want.
