I believe arguments can be made for Trent, Walter, and Erick Williams. Today the game is much smaller and faster. Walter and Williams faced much larger DL and LBers which are harder to move or get great finishes.

I believe we are watching the greatest run blocking tackle of all-time in Trent Williams, who at 38 is still elite. His consistency, longevity and length of dominance is what a first-ballot HOF OL career looks like.

Before the season gets going I wanted to put out a film room looking at HOF LT Walter Jones in his prime as a pass protector for us to not just admire, but learn from. Attached is a preview of the first 11 minutes. The full video is available here: trenchwarfare.substack.com/p…

There’s a dude currently teaching Myles Garrett how to hit even harder and I think he should be arrested for doing so

Frederick has the slowest 40 & 10-yard dash among starting NFL centers. Almost like play speed and angles matter more 🤔

A vast amount of your Indy drills each day are making your player worse and wasting time. Guys just going through the motions Create drills in Indy/practice that problem solve and actually train skill & not memorization. Create movers & problem solvers. Not robots.

#QuinnMeinerz (@Broncos) never got to swap with Zack Martin @thegob70 before he retired from the @dallascowboys . So they made it happen at OL Masterminds. This is what it's all about! 9x All-Pro meets 2x First-Team All-Pro. One generation honoring another. Who would you swap jerseys with? Built by OL. Built for OL. #OLMasterminds #ZackMartin #QuinnMeinerz @NFL #nfl

34 examples of former Chiefs All-Pro RT Mitchell Schwartz’s signature ‘Hamilton’ technique; a great way to win leverage and break contact against the long-arm. This was part of a video I made for OL Masterminds this past weekend which was awesome having Schwartz break these down in person.
