Meet Master Sgt. Stephen Rosebrook, a Geospatial Imagery Intelligence Analyst with the Oklahoma Air National Guard’s 285th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron.
During @NGB_SEA Raines’ and my recent visit, we learned how MSgt Rosebrook and his team deliver timely intelligence that enables special operations forces and the Joint Force to make informed decisions worldwide.
Service runs deep in the Rosebrook family. Following his father, who served 27 years in the same unit, MSgt Rosebrook carries on that legacy while preparing the next generation of intelligence professionals for tomorrow’s missions.
Across the National Guard, Guardsmen bring generations of service, specialized expertise and a commitment to excellence that strengthen warfighting readiness and lethality—ensuring we remain #AlwaysReadyAlwaysThere.

Hey Oklahoma, I want to give you an update on wildfires our teams are responding to across the state.
Burnt Canyon Fire in Woodward County: This fire, about 12 miles northwest of Mooreland, started from a lightning strike during yesterday’s storms. It has grown to an estimated 1,400 acres and is moving through rugged terrain with heavy cedar growth. We have @OKForestService and local crews on the ground, including dozers and county graders, and additional aircraft have been ordered from Texas to help slow the fire’s progress. The National Guard Blackhawk is also on air support.
Wichita Hills Fire in Caddo County: This fire, about three miles west of Anadarko, burned approximately 243 acres. Our crews helped protect nearby subdivisions, and state resources have now been released while federal crews maintain control of the fire.
I’m grateful to the firefighters, emergency managers, pilots, and local responders working hard to protect our communities.

Increased wildfire risk continues across Oklahoma due to dry, warm conditions and gusty wind. A Red Flag Warning will be in effect for NW Oklahoma, but with the high heat and increasing drought, a fires are possible anywhere.
Avoid any activities that may cause a spark! #okfire

Last week, I had the incredible honor of flying with Capt. Dalton ‘Pocket’ Scott at the Oklahoma Air National Guard’s 137th Special Operations Wing in the OA-1K Skyraider II.
As one of this next-gen aircraft’s first cadre pilots, Capt. Scott is helping pioneer new tactics & integrate cutting-edge mission systems that will define the next era of special operations aviation. Airmen like those at the 137th SOW are the reason our National Guard, our special operations forces & the entire Joint Force stay ready to win — anywhere, anytime.

Last week, @NGB_SEA Raines and I visited the @OKGuard's 137th Special Operations Wing to see how their Airmen are strengthening our Nation's warfighting readiness.
From the pilots flying the next-gen OA-1K Skyraider II to the intel professionals planning the fight, every Airman at the 137th plays a vital role. I had the opportunity to experience the capabilities of the OA-1K firsthand, gaining an even greater appreciation for the skill and dedication of the Airmen who fly, maintain and support this platform.
The 137th SOW continues to prove why our Air National Guard is indispensable to the Joint Force.
