As of 3.7.2rc1, Python can now be installed through the Microsoft Store - microsoft.com/store/apps/9NJ… (adds global python/pip/idle commands on PATH, requires Windows 10 update 1809, it's an RC, features in this package may change over time, see your doctor if pain persists) #python
