We are proud to have been a (Portland) trailblazer in the clinical informatics subspecialty with one of the first 4 (of now 60) fellowship programs. Indeed the field has innovated across all programs and healthcare institutions to make clinical informatics vital to healthcare!
Congrats to @williamhersh, who has been selected as a Distinguished Fellow of the @AMIAinformatics American College of Medical Informatics. This distinction is reserved for those who have made significant contributions to ACMI through policy, practice, research and service.
