WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE.
I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive.
Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

Need to read this, it's not long:
Let’s connect some dots.
Oracle was founded in 1977. Its first major client was the CIA. The company’s name came from a CIA project code-named “Oracle.”
Co-founder Larry Ellison (Jewish by heritage, raised in a Jewish family) has been one of the largest private donors to Friends of the IDF.
In 2017 he gave $16.6 million, the largest single gift in the organization’s history at the time, on top of earlier multi-million-dollar donations, plus other support for Israeli causes and close personal ties to Netanyahu.
In 2024, Ellison described a future of AI-analyzed cameras everywhere (body cams, doorbells, dash cams, security feeds) feeding into massive data centers: “Citizens will be on their best behavior because we are constantly recording and reporting everything that’s going on.”
Oracle remains deeply embedded in U.S. government work, including a recent multi-billion-dollar Pentagon software deal covering the military and intelligence community, while Ellison helps drive the $500 billion Stargate AI data-center buildout announced alongside Trump, and maintains high-level relationships in Washington and Jerusalem.
That same network now extends into the information layer. Through his son David and Oracle’s capital, the Ellison family has assembled a media portfolio that includes Paramount and CBS, is positioned to take control of Warner Bros. Discovery (CNN, HBO, and the Warner studio library), and holds a significant stake in TikTok’s U.S. operations. The result is ownership spanning major broadcast and cable news, Hollywood production and libraries, and a dominant short-form platform, acquired and expanded with the benefit of the same political access that greases the government and AI infrastructure deals.
With the surveillance infrastructure, the government contracts, the foreign military philanthropy, and the political access all converging on the same network, who do you think really shapes how our government operates? And with the media and platform reach now added to that same network, who shapes how the public perceives news and information?
The Matrix was non-fiction.
Ummm, what?!
My uncle noticed his monthly water and sewage bill jumped from $85 to $290 over the last six months, even though his family didn't fill a single pool or leak a gallon.
He called the municipal water board to report what he assumed was a meter error.
The clerk explained that the city sold the local water treatment facility and underground main grid to an infrastructure equity fund last year to cover municipal budget deficits.
When my uncle asked why that tripled his rate, she told him:
"The private operator added a quarterly 'grid modernization surcharge' and an 'infrastructure maintenance access fee' to every residential account."
Nothing about the pipes, pressure, or water quality improved.
Private equity isn't just buying houses and daycares anymore.
They are acquiring local utility monopolies so they can bill working families a mandatory tax on drinking water and flushing the toilet.

🚨 S. 3923 just got a full Senate report (119-154). This is the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Reauthorization Act of 2026 — a bipartisan bill sponsored by Sen. Ted Cruz that reauthorizes and expands NOAA weather research programs through 2030.
It funds weather and air chemistry research, next-generation NEXRAD radar, AI forecasting tools, satellite systems, the Interagency Council for Advancing Meteorological Services (ICAMS), commercial data programs, and more. Billions more in authorizations for labs, testbeds, microsatellites, and international data-sharing frameworks (including with WMO partners).
Supporters call it necessary modernization for better forecasts and public safety.
The accompanying analysis raises serious questions about transparency, lack of public consent for atmospheric research activities, potential experimental elements, and oversight gaps around air chemistry programs and data flows.

🚨 Breaking News : 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 with no prior notice on October 8, 2026 in the morning from Bremenwörde prison
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was unexpectedly transferred from Bremervörde Prison to Lingen Prison as part of a so-called "capacity balancing" measure (Belegungsausgleich). He is expected to arrive there later this afternoon.
According to Bremervörde Prison, there is no longer room for him in the section for convicted prisoners (Astrid note = as he was considered in a pre-trial situation with much more freedom of speech, right to receive calls, more correspondance and conduct interviews with outside social media as well as allocated visit time).
Until now, Reiner Fuellmich had been held in the pre-trial detention wing, even though his appeal on points of law had been rejected as early as March 17, 2026, thereby making the April 24, 2025, judgment by the Göttingen Regional Court final.
Lingen Prison has a capacity of over 700 inmates. Reiner Fuellmich himself was only informed of the transfer this morning, at the last minute. His personal belongings are expected to be sent to him later, just as they were during his previous transfer from Rosdorf to Bremervörde in June 2025.
In a few days—on October 13—Dr. Reiner Fuellmich will have been incarcerated for exactly three years. Meanwhile, sexual offenders, knife attackers, and terrorists walk free.
This sudden transfer, carried out without prior notice, raises questions regarding the true reasons behind it and the treatment of individuals with final convictions. Further information, as well as the new address for sending letters and cards to Reiner Fuellmich, will follow shortly.

Things I learned today from watching Hurricane I-see-ya.
1 and 2. Hurricanes have an aversion to NEXRADs, staying away as long as possible.
3 and 4. A NEXRAD on the coast can throw out 2 dim lines [see when paused] and the hurricane will follow it to impact.
4. Hurricane's have straight lines that I never noticed since I moved to the Florida panhandle in 1972 and dodged many of them growing up.

What exquisite timing. Just 9 days ago, this proposed Act, funding weather research and "innovation" to the tune of $1.2 BILLION, was placed on the Senate calendar.
With a bevy of hurricanes threatening the U.S. mainland, a unanimous vote in favor of this weather modification boondoggle is all but guaranteed.
It pays to -- in the words of a USAF research paper -- "own the weather," doesn't it?
🚨🚨We have movement on S. 3923 the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Reauthorization Act of 2026. This is not good.
Placed on the Senate calendar Sept 28, 2026. Sponsored by Sen. Ted Cruz, cosponsor Sen. Maria Cantwell. Funding of $1.2 billion for fiscal 2026–2030. It becomes law if the Senate, the House, and the President all sign off.
S. 3923 is TOO BIG TO FAIL. TOO BIG TO MONITOR. TOO BIG TO BE EFFECTIVE. TOO MUCH BIG BROTHER.
Fifteen new initiatives-- too much agency, not enough sunlight. Pun intended. This is in your face big weather coming in warp speed. Heard that before?!
NOAA already runs the National Weather Service, satellites, and forecast research. This bill would hand it (15) new programs.
1⃣ Radar Next: NEXRAD replacement by 2040. Phased-array radar.
2⃣ VORTEX-USA MORE TORNADO RESEARCH
3⃣ Fire Ready Nation: fire-weather forecasts, warnings, and smoke and Fire-weather testbed
Contact your senators and your House members now. Tell them to vote no on S. 3923, Calendar No. 685. NOAA already has a disclosure problem. It is required to track weather-modification reports, and a 2026 Government Accountability Office review found that database incomplete and unreliable. Adding Radar Next, Fire Ready Nation, an AI forecasting shop, a commercial-data program, and a data-void sensor push in one authorization is how oversight dies.
We do not consent to another stack of research offices with zero accountability.
One call, one email: S. 3923 in the subject line. @ReclaimOurSkies

Is the test for Yersinia pestis (the bacterium blamed for the “Black Death” or plague pneumonia) a PCR test?
Drum role please 🥁
Yes.
Many of us understand exactly what that means. All it takes is for people to start getting tested and we will have an “outbreak”.
BTW, many doubt the story about fleas and rodents causing the “Black Death” in Europe in the 1300s. It doesn’t make sense for certain reasons (that requires it’s own thread). Before the late 1800s, fecal contaminated water caused Cholera outbreaks that killed millions worldwide. Do you know they didn’t find out that contaminated water was the cause until the mid to late 1800s. Therefore, I don’t totally believe the flea and rodent narrative. It could have been the food and water (perhaps contaminated with rodent droppings).
If you get tested for it, you are an idiot.

Wait until you see their offshore accounts hidden by layers of shell companies and LLCs.
Finally, the release of the Panama Papers 3.0 will shake Washington, DC, and the nation to its very core.
My last update was August 2026, when senior forensic investigators reviewing millions of documents found that 3,629 current politicians (including local, state, and federal governments, attorneys general, district attorneys, and 112 federal judges) have ‘hidden’ offshore bank accounts, using tactics to not only shield assets from judgments and prying eyes, but to circumvent taxes.
Not too bright. They are all using the same core group of a handful of offshore ‘asset protection’ firms. 🤡
The typical scheme these offshore ‘asset protection’ firms set up, costing their clients 6, even 7 figures in legal fees, can be as simple as:
Kickbacks/Dirty Money → Law Firm → Shell Company 1 (Panama) → Shell Company 2 (British Virgin Islands) → Shell Company 3 (Swiss Bank) → Legitimate Business, with additional loops like Shell Company 1 → Shell Company 3 and back.
Many of my X followers are not seeing posts like this one. If you are reading this, you are the exception.

The private equity takeover of local veterinary clinics is one of the most predatory scams happening in America right now.
Last month, our 3-year-old rescue dog threw up twice and seemed a little lethargic. Just acting off. We got nervous and rushed him to the local 24-hour emergency animal hospital.
Before a vet had even stepped into the room, the receptionist slid an iPad across the desk:
"Emergency exam intake fee is $385 non-refundable just for the doctor to evaluate him."
Fine. You pay it because you love your dog.
The vet walks in, checks his gums for twenty seconds, feels his stomach, and walks back out. Five minutes later, she returns with a printed estimate:
Full blood panel: $650.
Abdominal ultrasound: $900.
Overnight hospitalization with IV: $1,400.
Exploratory sedation: $800.
Total estimated cost: $3,750.
I asked the vet: "He ate a weird piece of grass earlier. Can we just start with an anti-nausea injection and monitor him for a couple of hours?"
The vet looked me dead in the eyes with a straight face and said:
"You can do that. But if he has a complete gastrointestinal blockage, he could go septic and pass away by sunrise."
Pure emotional manipulation.
They know your pet is family, so they hold your empathy hostage to hit corporate revenue quotas.
We declined the package, paid the exam fee, and took him home. Fed him white rice and boiled chicken. Two hours later, he drank a bowl of water, took a long nap, and was running circles around the yard by 8:00 AM the next morning.
Massive private corporations bought out almost every neighborhood mom-and-pop vet clinic, turned them into profit mills, and weaponized our love for animals into maximum billing.
Has modern veterinary medicine become an emotional shakedown, or are people just ungrateful for specialized care?

The most honest sentence I've read about American healthcare came from Goldman Sachs.
In 2018, one of their analysts asked: "Is curing patients a sustainable business model?"
That one question explains most of our medical system. It isn't broken. It's working exactly the way it's paid to, and that's the problem. The system isn't paid to make you healthy. It's paid when you're not. This isn't a conspiracy. Every player is simply responding to how it gets paid.
1. Food companies are paid to sell more, not to keep you healthy.
Big food engineers products to be as craveable as possible, because the more you eat, the more they sell. Your health doesn't show up anywhere on the balance sheet.
Example: Nearly 3 out of 4 packaged foods Americans buy contain added sugar, including many breads, ketchups and pasta sauces. The industry even has a name for the exact amount of sugar that makes a product taste best: the bliss point. And food, drink and restaurant companies spent almost $14 billion on US advertising in 2017, with more than 80% of it promoting fast food, sugary drinks, candy and unhealthy snacks.
2. Insurers make more when healthcare costs more.
Insurers keep a fixed slice of what they collect, so their profit grows when total spending grows. Lowering the cost of care doesn't make them richer, because the law makes them refund the difference.
Example: The ACA lets insurers keep up to 20% of premiums for admin and profit. On $1,000 in premiums, that's $200. On $2,000, it's $400. It works like a waiter paid on tips: the bigger the bill, the bigger the tip.
3. Media makes billions from drug ads.
Media is paid by whoever buys your attention, and in health, the biggest buyer is the drug industry.
Example: Drug companies spent over $10 billion on ads in 2024. In early 2025, nearly 1 in 4 ad minutes on the evening news were for drugs, and the US is one of only two countries that allows these ads at all. So the loudest health message on TV isn't "find the cause." It's "ask your doctor if it's right for you."
4. Pharma makes the most from drugs you never stop taking.
A cure is sold once. A drug you take every day for the rest of your life is sold forever, and that's where the money is.
Example: Many of the most prescribed drugs in America treat cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar, and people usually take them for years, often for life. Now compare hepatitis C. A cure came out that works in over 95% of cases, and it cured so many people that its US sales were expected to fall from $12.5 billion in 2015 to under $4 billion by 2018. That drop is what led Goldman to ask whether curing patients is a sustainable business model.
5. Doctors are paid per visit, not per result.
Most doctors are good people with too little time. In a short visit, the fastest complete answer is to follow the guideline and write a prescription. Looking for the cause takes longer and pays the same or less.
Example: A primary care visit gives your doctor about 15 to 20 minutes to cover your history, your symptoms, your labs and a plan. Four years of medical school include, on average, under 20 hours of nutrition training. Insurers and Medicare also pay practices bonuses based on how many eligible patients are on certain medications.
6. Nobody fixes it, because prevention pays off too late.
The cost of being sick is paid today. The savings from staying healthy arrive years later, usually for someone else, so nobody wants to pay for them.
Example: About 90% of US healthcare spending goes to people with chronic and mental health conditions. Roughly 3% goes to public health and prevention.
Put the chain together. The food sets up the problem, the ads sell the treatment, the treatment is built to last a lifetime, the visit is too short to look for the cause, and the insurer takes a cut of every step. Each piece makes sense on its own. Together, they add up to one thing:
Nobody in this system is paid to look out for your long-term health.
The food isn't made to keep you well, the ads aren't there to inform you, and the system that treats you isn't paid to find the cause and fix it for good. Every one of them gets paid while you're sick, and the money stops when you're not.
That's how America spends more on healthcare than any other wealthy country, and Americans still die younger.
So go back to that question. Is curing patients a sustainable business model? For the system, maybe not. But there's one person in this whole chain who wins when you get healthy.
You.

The Heartland Visa is a thinly veiled weapon to invade rural communities & obliterate them. I challenge the premise that these areas are “underpopulated”. I live in rural Texas in a town of roughly 11 000 people. Over the past ten years here, I have watched this town grow & grow in size & population. The same thing has happened in the surrounding towns/communities. Just because the population does not exist to support Big Tech & their incursions into rural areas, does not mean we are short of people.
We have enough people. We don’t want a massive influx. We don’t want to become a big city. We moved here to GET AWAY FROM THAT.
We willingly make the sacrifices that come with small populations because we value what living like this brings. It is a very deliberate calculation.
We don’t mind driving an hour or two to get to the nearest Apple store if it means we don’t have to live like people in Seattle or Portland or DC do. We do not want to mutilate our children or make excuses for pedophilia or stand by while children are raped for money or give up our right to self-defence and the guns that protect us.
We do not live in fear. Many of us still don’t lock all our doors at night. We love being as far away from the politics of hatred & insanity as we can get. And we will not be conquered. So hands off our kids, our families, our hospitals, schools & towns. We like country living & we reject your BS. It’s bad enough we are being invaded by Californians, let alone opening the floodgates to mass migration from foreign nations with completely different cultures & value systems.
In case I am not clear: Leave us alone.
REVEALED: A think tank co-founded by Facebook’s founding president wants an entirely NEW visa category to repopulate struggling American communities with foreign workers.
It’s called the HEARTLAND VISA.
They’ve already mapped roughly 1,700 potentially eligible counties—home to 58 MILLION Americans.
The Economic Innovation Group, co-founded by Sean Parker, wants at least 100,000 visas a year.
The pitch is explicit:
“In exchange for living in a Heartland Visa community, workers with sufficient earnings will gain permanent residency”
American communities become the destination. Green cards become the incentive.
The proposal targets places struggling with population decline, including rural communities and former industrial centers.
Foreign workers would have to live in a participating area—but could work for an employer located elsewhere.
The think tank also proposes replacing labor certification with an earnings test for the green-card pathway. That would remove the usual labor-market test from this proposed route to permanent residency.
The idea has already reached Capitol Hill.
Republican Senator Todd Young and then-Senator Joe Manchin introduced a version in December 2024. Supporters included AOL co-founder Steve Case, Americans for Prosperity and the Niskanen Center.
County officials would decide whether their communities participate.
EIG continued lobbying for the proposal in 2026.
This is an organized push to turn population decline into a justification for a new immigration program.

What you NEED to KNOW if you didn't hear my WARNING
@SecretaryBurgum Is TRADING the American People's Federal Land that is RICH in Minerals / Gas for Land that has NO Mineral Value.
When he trades it, he's then selling the Mineral Rich Land to States, to corrupt Governors, who in turn is selling it, stealing the Minerals from the American people.
In every single Cabinet position that I can tie back to JD Vance's Aristocracy Rockbridge Network, every Cabinet Secretary should be facing criminal charges for what they're doing to steal from the American people.
EVERY single Cabinet Secretary works for the Senate that confirmed them.
That LNG Deal in Alaska that Trump announced yesterday?
IS the South Korean branch of JD Vance's Rockbridge Network.
They didn't disclose that to you. Like so many other Mineral and gas rich properties that the fat Communists in Vance's secret club are making money on, we in turn will have to purchase back from them.
Don Jr and JD Vance are 100 times more corrupt than the drug addict Hunter Biden could ever be and it's costing the American people hundreds of billions of dollars and stealing our kids' inheritance.
The property that is worthless that was traded acre for acre of federal land that is rich in minerals now becomes the perfect property for "Data Centers"
Do you see what they're doing?
The Globalist @SecretaryWright hands in this are just as dirty as Burgum.
xitter.cf/StoriesBySammi/status/…
The Bureau of Land Management just proposed 17,500+ acres of public land, across six states, for more data centers.
This is the first time ever BLM has been ordered to include data centers on land it manages for the public, land used for recreation, grazing, and timber for over a century. At least 12 are now proposed across Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming.
One is the Charlestown Data Center, 106 acres near Hermiston, Oregon, 7 miles from the Columbia River. It would be the first data center ever sited on federal public land in the state. And of course, the company behind it, Copia, declined to comment.
This is also Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation ceded land. Their Natural Resources Director, Eric Quaempts, has already testified that water here is foundational to fish, deer, roots, berries, and Tribal culture, and that this development could affect Treaty-protected resources. Much of eastern Oregon's summer water is already promised to other users.
So is water across the rest of the West. While BLM fast-tracks these projects, Arizona farmers are already fallowing half their fields, and a Colorado rancher sold a fifth of her herd this summer as her stock ponds ran dry. Federal officials are considering cutting Arizona, Nevada, and California's Colorado River water by 21% through 2028, just to keep the reservoirs from collapsing. Data centers are competing with these families for the same disappearing water. I don't know how anyone justifies that.
Another proposal, the Rhea Data Center, would take over 3,200 acres south of Boise, Idaho, plus 550 more for transmission lines. Four million square feet. It would also build its own natural gas power plant on-site. It sits next to Blacks Creek Reservoir, home to more than 150 bird species. Nobody knows what this will do to them, because nobody's studied it.
None of these 12 projects have gone through a full environmental review the public actually got to weigh in on. Not that it's made any difference anyway; BLM has kept moving projects forward regardless of the public comments it does receive.
I already told you about the first data center BLM ever approved on public land, this July, near Boulder City, Nevada. Boulder City already won once: a judge halted the project, ruling BLM skipped a real environmental review. Now BLM wants that ruling reversed and the project sent back to itself, without promising to do a real review, or let the public weigh in, this time either. Boulder City is fighting to keep it stopped, because it doesn't trust BLM to do this right.
This isn't a data center problem anymore. It's a pattern: take the land, take the water, skip the review, fight the lawsuit later.

The FDA already green-lit lab-created dairy proteins made by genetically engineered fungi in steel tanks — and it is sitting on shelves at Target, Sprouts, and Kroger right now. Most shoppers will never know unless they read every label.
This is not plant milk. It is precision-fermented “animal-free” whey (beta-lactoglobulin) produced by modified microbes, then mixed into ice cream, “milk,” cream cheese, and protein products so it tastes and acts like cow dairy. The FDA does not require a special “lab-made” or “precision fermentation” disclosure. Many labels just say whey.
WHAT TO HUNT FOR ON THE INGREDIENT LIST:
• “Non-animal whey protein”
• “Animal-free whey protein”
• “Whey protein from fermentation”
• Plain “whey protein,” “whey protein isolate,” or “whey protein concentrate” with no farm/cow source listed
• Front-of-pack claims like “animal-free dairy,” “cow-free,” or “made without cows”
• Still says CONTAINS: MILK or CONTAINS: MILK PROTEIN — because the protein is the same allergen
If it doesn’t clearly say grass-fed, organic, or from cows/goats, treat “whey” as a red flag and look up the brand.
STORES ALREADY CARRYING THESE PRODUCTS (availability varies by location):
• Target
• Sprouts Farmers Market
• Kroger and banners
• Albertsons / Safeway / Vons / Jewel-Osco / Shaw’s / ACME
BRAND NAMES AND LINES TO WATCH OR AVOID IF YOU WANT REAL DAIRY FROM AN ANIMAL:
• Bored Cow (Tomorrow Farms)
• Nick’s vegan / animal-free ice cream line
• Brave Robot
• Coolhaus (animal-free lines)
• Betterland Milk
• Strive FREEMILK
• Nurishh Incredible Dairy
• Graeter’s Perfect Indulgence
• Select Breyers lactose-free products made with animal-free whey
• Protein products using Perfect Day / ProFerm whey (Myprotein Whey Forward, K-Tropix, Brickhouse Nutrition, NUR Protein, Set Protein)
If you want milk from a cow, buy organic or grass-fed dairy from a named farm and skip anything marketed as “animal-free dairy.” Read every cheese, ice cream, milk, and protein label. They are not required to make this obvious.

legislation is being introduced that would give private corporations military-grade weapons systems to protect their data centers, which are being built by companies like BlackRock, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta.👀🚨
the government is privatizing military enforcement authority over national airspace and transferring it to corporate actors who own data centers. The "critical infrastructure" designation is the mechanism - once DHS designates a data center as critical infrastructure, the owner gets military weapons.👀🚨
Billionaires are PRIVATIZING the UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 military that taxpayers pay for , so they can FORCIBLY cause pollution, raise energy prices, deplete natural resources, pull tax dollars from local needs, and the largest centers are owned by a handful of companies and the Government is giving them military-grade weapons systems to protect those data centers 👀🚨
