Shooting into a occupied car and causing death is not manslaughter that's intentional 🧐
UPDATE: Retired NYPD detective Victor Romero, 62, was arraigned on first-degree MANSLAUGHTER, not murder, in the George Washington Bridge shooting that killed Con Ed worker Koran Irvine, 46. Bail set at $1 million.
> Prosecutors say surveillance video shows Romero tailgating Irvine after a near-collision, then firing one shot while both cars were moving
> They say he drove off without calling 911; police recovered a revolver he carried daily
> Irvine's family called the lowered charge a "miscarriage of justice"
Back in court Oct. 27. Per Gothamist/CBS NY/NBC NY

Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).
After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.
The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.
News of the incident was first reported by @eastonfreeze and additional details provided by @AaronWilson_NFL.
They better put on again !

And that’s why I’m turning on my read receipts to let you know that everything that’s said to me will forever be stored in my memory
🎈
I need 2 racks from her a month so we could be even queen 💙
Her salary: $9,000/month
His salary: $5,000/month
Wife: I think we should split all our household expenses 50/50.
Husband: Okay. But you earn almost twice as much as I do. Why 50/50?
Wife: Because we’re both adults, and we should both contribute equally.
Husband: Financially equally or the same amount?
Wife: What’s the difference?
Husband: If we split everything equally, I’ll have much less money left than you every month.
Wife: That’s not my problem. I worked hard for my salary.
Husband: And I didn’t work hard for mine?
Wife: That’s not what I’m saying. I just don’t believe in depending on a man.
Husband: Has anyone asked you to depend on me?
Wife: No, but I want to protect my financial independence.
Husband: Fine. Let’s calculate it.
Wife: Calculate what?
Husband: Our monthly expenses are $4,000. Under your proposal, we each pay $2,000.
Wife: Exactly.
Husband: You’ll have $7,000 left. I’ll have $3,000.
Wife: Correct.
Husband: And you think that’s fair?
Wife: Yes. We contributed the same amount.
Husband: Okay. What happens when we want to buy a house that requires a $100,000 down payment?
