California could participate in the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program, which has been around since 1986, if they wanted to verify citizenship, but the sanctuary state actively chooses not to. NEW: Los Angeles County elections officials confirm in court filing that they have no way to verify U.S. citizenship for voters and they rely solely on a voterās attestation when they check yes or no to being a U.S. citizen under penalty of perjury. This is part of ongoing lawsuit w/ Feds.
Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizensā votes are being diluted in California.

This is how easy it is to cheat in California.
Itās real, even if by accident, and my colleagues who are fighting against normal safeguards in our elections are full of shit.

California AG peddles more disinformation. We provided records of the 20k+ noncitizens suspected of receiving a ballot and explained our process. They refused to even look at the data. Weāve repeatedly asked them to work with us to remove noncitizens from their rolls. Again, they refused. Itās California that refuses to act in good faith to protect American voters.

If they were to underground the lines or simply clear brush underneath the power lines, they'd never have to shut down the power.
But they refuse to do that, so this is the only safe option left in Gavin's California.
In California, utility companies ā NOT the Governor ā decide when to implement Public Safety Power Shutoffs to PREVENT power lines from sparking wildfires during dangerous weather conditions.
That's precisely the risk Southern California is facing right now. These shutoffs are inconvenient, but they are utility SAFETY decisions, not orders from the Governor!
Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen.
I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn.
And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

I just wrapped up a press conference with @OCFireAuthority, local and federal partners to provide an update on the #NorteFire.
Thank you to the first responders for all that you do to keep us safe. I will monitor developments with the Orange County Fire Authority, @OCSheriff, and the City of San Clemente.
During this challenging time, I encourage everyone to look out for neighbors, share verified information, and support those who may need assistance.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the people impacted by the terrible fire in South Orange County.
We pray for them and for our brave firefighters who are battling the blaze.
Everyone stay safe out there.

Former NFL Player Arrested, Now Running for California Assembly as Democrat
Heads up, Coastal Orange County:
šThe contrast between the candidates running for Diane Dixonās open Assembly seat in Orange County is stark when it comes to their views on Israel and American foreign policy:
šµAcross multiple post-10/7 BlueSky posts and podcast appearances, Democrat Chris Kluwe set out his beliefs:
š¤„Kluwe falsely accused Israel of committing āgenocideā on at least 6 occasions and accused the US of facilitating it;
šKluwe advocated for vetoing all military aid to Israel āuntil they stop following Hitlerās playbook;ā
šµšøKluwe called Israel a ārogue stateā with the āUS not far behindā after an Israeli airstrike on a military target killed Hamas terrorists who also moonlighted as Al Jazeera ājournalistsā in Gaza
šKluwe was arrested in 2025 for rushing the dais at a City Council meeting. Prior to the disturbance, his remarks at the meeting equated MAGA to Nazis. He lost his high school coaching job as a result of the arrest and, having nothing else to do, decided to run for office.
šŖ§He supported pro-Hamas protestor Mahmoud Khalil.
āKluwe is supported by antizionist orgs like the California Teachers Assn and the CA Working Families Party.
******
šIn contrast:
š“Huntington Beach City Councilwoman and Republican candidate for this race, Gracey Van Der Mark, has a record of support for Israel & the Jewish community she serves.
šš»āāļø@DerGracey was recruited to run for office by Jewish leaders in her local community
š®š±Gracey, along with @TonyStrickland , co-sponsored a City Council resolution in support of Israel and condemning Hamas immediately after 10/7. It passed, but the Democrat Councilmembers refused to sign it. This happened at the same time as other cities across California considered ceasefire resolutions.
šÆWhile Gracey served on City Council in 2025, Huntington Beach hosted an Israel delegation and entered a twin-city partnership with Ramat Gan in Israel. This happened around the same time as Irvine and Santa Ana considered twin-city partnership with Gaza City
ā
Gracey is endorsed by the Jewish Civic Action Network. Additionally, her husband has Jewish heritage and the church they attend is a supporter of Israel.
The 72nd Assembly District covers Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and parts of Seal Beach and Huntington Beach.
These cities are home to large Jewish and Christian Zionist voters who would be very interested to know these starkly contrasting records.
