Yeah yeah, if you're a monogamous guy, you'll deny that that's your purpose or intention for wanting to be monogamous.

Monogamy in itself usualy signals to her that you have no other options.

The guys they really like never ever commit, so, when you commit to them, they know there's something seriously wrong with you.
They'll be happy to pretend to like you though for the stability, resources, protection, free physical and emotional labor, and even status (at least she has a seat at the "wives" table, even though she absolutely despises her husband just like the other women).

People who cheat don't know the danger they're putting people around them into. Why do you have to keep extra relationships when you have one running? I see cheating as a stress, you start hiding to take another calls or traveling to meet another person and even sleeping with them without condoms.
The end results of cheating has never been favorable to anyone, it comes with chaos and a cost to your life.
If you want to keep extra relationships why not end the existing one just so you have peace.
