Rob Thomson, who was up against 26 counts, is found guilty of only ONE charge: tagging the employer on social media of the woman who killed his 6 year old son. This is considered a violation of the harassment prevention order.
Judge asked @BradlLawPC to tell her more about Thomson. Bradl explaining the daily life that his client has to deal with - which includes the constant grief of the loss of his son - as well as the brain injury and other physical limitations that he suffers post-accident.
My guess is he will see limited probation for the violation as the HPO is still valid and in effect.
Beyond proud of @TheEmilySee @GrantSmithEllis @Estey617 @RomyInMA and anyone else who dropped everything to support Thomson, cover (yet another) disturbing Norfolk County case, be a voice for the voiceless and ultimately continuing the fight for county residents. 🫶

Soooo, Michael Proctor is allowed to walk into the evidentiary hearing with @RosemaryScapicc and Plead the 5th, under what circumstances no one has any idea, and is protected YET AGAIN by the government? So the lead investigator is just pleading the 5th instead of answering questions about his involvement in the #MylesKingCase and in some ways admitting that testifying to his actions could possibly incriminate himself. Also, Judge Krupp has the nerve to tell Rosemary to submit all of her questioning to the remaining witnesses via affidavit, instead of putting them on the stand and making them answer for their actions.
And these people, including Judge Krupp, could care less that THE WORLD IS WATCHING. I would be VERY curious to know what standing Proctor has to Plead the 5th, and are all the other cops, like Brian Tully, going to do the same thing? How is this fair to the man on trial for murder, or ANY defendant for that matter?? Massachusetts is wild man.
