The Long Stairs at Kings Court, Commerce Square (now disused) They were one of the routes from High Pavement to Narrow Marsh. The stairs were closed in 1933 when the last old houses were cleared from Narrow Marsh #Nottinghamshire #Nottingham

Severn’s Building, Castle Rd, c1450. Built as a Merchant’s house on Middle Pavement. The Severn wine co. moved in in 1900. 1968 it was taken down & reassembled on Castle Road by 1970. From 1980, it operated it as a Lace museum This closed in 2009 #Nottingham
