Why is it called iPhone 'Duo' when they said they didn't want to stick 2 phones together, that name suggests otherwise... #appleevent
Translation: Apple is letting everyone else test the market so they can charge $1,500 for the exact same thing in 2027
Since flagship phones are just small incremental updates + AI features, Having the Z Fold 8 Ultra might have made smartphones interesting for me again
Tools like Samsung’s Good Lock let you force non supported apps into split screen, create gesture controls, alter the app folder grids, and redesign the entire experience
Compare that to iOS it's just no contest, software is really going to make or break the iPhone fold
If Apple forces standard iOS onto a foldable instead of giving us proper side by side split screen and floating windows (or a stripped back iPadOS) then it's not going to work
Unless everyone just wants their iPhone Fold to consume content in a better aspect ratio
Right now, iOS STILL doesn't support split screen apps
So you can only have one active app at a time on your main display. Meanwhile, Samsung’s Z Fold line lets you run 3 apps at once, drag and-drop files instantly, and float resizable windows like a desktop.
A giant screen without real multitasking is just pointless
Apple’s foldable iPhone is going to be a complete disaster - unless they fix one embarrassing iOS limitation..
Standard iOS on an 8-inch screen is pointless. Here's why Android foldables are about to humiliate Apple: 🧵👇
Honestly didn’t expect the crease on the Z Fold 8 Ultra to be this invisible
Still trying to decide if this is worth $2,100 but hardware wise samsung has delivered

Its just the cheap pre-applied screen protector that scratches

Battery life is amazing, feels better than my S26 Ultra and about the same as my iPhone 16 Pro Max

Yesss! I've been making my own dark icon pack for ages because I missed the iOS dark icons
