One more experiment for today and where AI can be super helpful: -> Right-click (or long-press) a word(s), or a full sentence, and hit "Explain" to get a quick explanation of something ...in case you didn't dare to ask in the meeting or seminar

I’d say it’s one of the best esp. for Mac/iOS: - Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly notes (a SUPER unique feature that I haven’t seen in other apps in this space) - Written natively for macOS (not Electron) but has a web version for collaboration - Super active development

Just discovered that @NotePlanApp has a Linear Calendar that gives you an overview of the whole year. It makes it so easy to visualize multi-day events. This app is seriously amazing omg

Time blocking is the only way. Day per day. I plan each day the evening before. I look at my weekly list, check the priorities, and plan accordingly. I use @NotePlanApp and drag tasks from my weekly list to today and then drag it onto a timeline.

Jotting, on paper is huge for me, but then I don't review/bring together in a centralized way. (and even have iPad with pencil, Notability, GoodNotes) Currently building a "framework", and I'm trying a set of tools to do that. How are you doing that? (2/2)

For me, @NotePlanApp is my task manager (Todoist) and my note-taking app (Notion). I’m still using Fantastical, but that may no longer be necessary since NotePlan’s integration with Google Calendar is so great.
