Random recycled tips for a more enjoyable mind:
-make a habit of setting up a treasure hunt for your dogs.
-find a spot in your home that is colder than other parts. Before your next shower, occupy that cold spot while naked until you get goosebumps and then say the alphabet backwards. Now go get in that otherwise lukewarm water and enjoy the ability to increase the heat more. (If you’re in for a long shower, turn the temp back to where you started and turn the water off. And wait for those goosebumps to start over)
I haven’t seen anyone asking why it appears like the French police are hitting protesters with giant black dildo’s instead of police batons.
Listening to the audio book REFRAME YOUR BRAIN on my walk this morning as I often do. Ch3Part II clicked for me so maybe this reframe could help someone. I don’t know if this is a known reframe so apologies if someone beat me to it, but also great job because it is a confirmation for me that I’m on the right path. thank you in advance
I often noticed people I spend a lot of time around acting different when interacting with various types of people. It was in the the words or the way they talked and body language. In my mind, this was acting fake because I knew who they really were (or so I thought) and because I knew I did the same thing only better. I thought I was a pretty good chameleon and it served me extremely well in my HS, College, and professional years. As I grew older more of life weighed me down as it does us all and I started feeling the ironic comfort of negative thoughts. First it was about others but when that was no longer a challenge the next level was myself. That is when being a chameleon became an emotional prison sentence.
Now the magic
Most recent iteration frame: being a chameleon is pretty sleazy and I only use it to manipulate
Newest Reframe: The ability to interact with different groups of people is a super power that can break through divisions
Now the work begins to see if I can use this for good. As always, start small unless you are a professional. As Joe Walsh sang “I’m just an ordinary average guy”
I urge anyone interested in how the mental game is played, go to this post and read the comments.
They got a 2’fer with making their base happy and sowing division so that their base can see how “bad” the other side is. Well played.
The lines will be drawn and sides will fight over accusations. That will happen no matter what is said on either side.
The meaning behind @spencerpratt post is where we need to focus. Think about how many people rely on pills, drinks, smokes, vapes, gambling, reading, eating, being a sloth, etc to escape from the pains of life. Federal level politics is the Major Leagues. The success rate at that level is very low and even then, the time spent in that position or higher is even lower.
We are all still human and need to need to have some level of compassion when the pieces of the puzzle don’t seem to match the picture on the box.
Regardless of what's really going on, what Talarico's smug, awful advisors are doing is extremely unethical. Obviously, this is way more than "the flu". If you recall, these guys came to LA to take a bunch of money from wealthy Californians. It was one of my buddies who hosted him, actually, and raised a ton of money.
That money is meant, in good faith, to help the candidate campaign. If your campaign then goes dark for 2 weeks, you owe your donors an explanation and peddling some bullshit like "oh he's just got the flu" is unacceptable. If your candidate is incapacitated...the ethical thing to do is to give back that donor money.
When I was campaigning, I was doing vitamin IV's, we had a full on supplement regime, I wouldn't even drink water out of plastic bottles...I owed it to my donors and my supporters to be firing on all cylinders, nonstop; you can't afford to have a down day, let alone a down week...or 2 weeks, now, in Talarico's case.
Unless they're pulling some bizarre viral PR stunt, and we're just waiting for the punchline...what these advisors are doing is despicable. It's bad enough if they drove their candidate into the ground, but this "damage control" radio silence is just wild. Incredible cowardice and incompetence on display here.
I wondered where the rats went from USAID closing and Gov purge over the last year. I assumed most went to NGO’s, but it makes sense that they went into media as well
Instead of being worried about the fraud, terrorism and now Somalian street gangs former Biden state department appointee @hamse_warfa is worried about ‘collective blame’
Sounds like your avoiding accountability
Don’t ever forget that rebuilding technology systems is the best way to understand where the cracks are for a later patch or exploitation
On Day One, I will order a top-to-bottom audit of state government. I will bring my prosecutor's background to the governor’s office to root out the fraud, modernize outdated technology to stop fraud before it starts, and strengthen criminal penalties to hold these criminals accountable and send them to jail.
A serious leader would do this without broadcasting to his “enemies”
Donald Trump’s remarks were dangerous — if not treasonous — putting a target on two of our biggest cities and one of America’s largest naval hubs.
I am directing the State Threat Assessment Center to actively monitor the situation in the event that foreign actors interpret the President’s remarks as an invitation to target California.
I have a lot of French protest videos showing up and the ones I see are showing the French police being overrun.
I thought of Scott and started to smile at the wink from the simulation about the French surrendering.
Please take this in the context of Scott including the simulation when things just stick out.
Interesting timing, very interesting timing.
Bad news on several fronts in MN with AG interview by CNN about trips, Somali gang violence in the burbs that cancels a HS homecoming game and dance, and in MI Slimy Berry is rising from the swamp to help Dr. Islam
The President of the United States calling on a foreign enemy to bomb a major American cities. What say you, @Michele_Tafoya?
Why are we living in a world of Rocky Horror Picture Show look a likes?
Lawsuit alleging ICE violated Minnesota observers’ rights is dismissed by judge startribune.com/lawsuit-alle…
Are all Lt. Gov official posts full of nothingness or is it just ours in MN?
Her post timeline doesn’t have anything other than holidays.
@LtGovFlanagan Is that your only job or do we need to open the Internet way back machine to see what’s been scrubbed?
Awake at 7 retweeted
Her questioning of Walz this morning was a joke. No follow up questions to his obvious lack of full disclosure answer.
She asked if he would allow state law enforcement to assist ICE and his response was that they do and because they do, ICE is leaving the state. She stumbled and then moved on. There is no way this woman from CO is anything other than a RHINO.
I crack myself up
It is an interesting spin and proof that the D’s have intelligence driving some of their messaging.
Now that the D funding machines are being exposed and monitored more closely, the internal message of “we don’t have as much money as them” turns on the offensive and plays into the “party of the Rich” messaging and now I’m the victim. Peggy Flannigan is running the same strategy in her run to replace Amy in the US Senate.
Are other states seeing the same attempt to flip the script when it comes to party finances?
also notice that instead of pushing for their policies to win over the voters, they still just attack the policies of the administration. That one still seems to work.
4:1. That’s what the spend ratio on the air against me has been this year thanks to my opponent's Super PAC. The attack ads are funded by a Wisconsin billionaire who thinks he can buy this race.
Minnesota isn’t for sale. Help us fight back — donate at amyklobuchar.com.
Watch closely how his hands start shaking when Dir Patel starts the word 4000%. Then rewatch and see he has fairly steady hands when he is on the offensive.
🚨 WOW! FBI Director Kash Patel just FLIPPED THE SCRIPT to insufferable Sen. Welch (D)'s face
"Are you DONE with your CAMPAIGN AD? By the way, I wanna know how YOUR wealth increased +4,000% percent since you became United States senator! THAT'S a magic act all Americans should know!"
🔥🔥🔥
@FBIDirectorKash holds nothing back.
Before this moment, Welch was sitting there BERATING Patel for matters totally unrelated to crushing violent crime and fearmongered about the 2026 election.
BRAVO!
Bed sheet and a sharpie….fits perfectly.
Minnesota showed the world what it’s like to be a good neighbor.

When a candidate in her position politically (Lt. Gov to Gov Walz MN) posts something like this, is there any expectation it will be met with mostly positive comments?
I know my political views are not on her side and I can’t comprehend how a post like this could be anything more than a way to convey codes to her followers now that the hidden comms networks are infiltrated.
This is way beyond Stupid or Liar
I was viewing some X video’s this morning and got into a a few regarding wealth taxes. I’ve heard all of the main talking points (rich will flee, revise the tax laws, etc) but when I heard a few people who are pro tax the rich stating that so many people could be helped if the rich just gave extra my mind connected that with the opposition point of additional burden’s on individuals who have most of their wealth tied up in assets.
I locked in to these opposite views and removed all the “noise” to actually investigate the claims. Listening to some additional viewpoints, I came up with something that may seem a bit out dated due to terminology change.
Progressives are for the most part the crowd that signs on to the tax the rich messaging but when you break it down to term Progressive, you can quickly see that when it comes to innovation that will actually help those they say they are representing the Progressives are anti progress towards humanity.
In just the Tax the Rich movement alone, think of the additional resources consumed on both the Taxee and the Taxer. That is time, money, and energy spent fighting over valuations. Now step back and take the view of: Imagine what could be done with those resources on both sides to help drive innovations.
Innovation is what moved someone long ago to use a circular object that could help carry a load.
My overall point is that we should be thinking about how much more advanced we could be if fewer resources on all sides were dedicated to stifling innovation.
-please forgive the sloppiness of these thoughts. I am no @JoshuaLisec or @joelpollak ;)
Replying to @XSpaces
@XSpaces are there plans to support joining Spaces through the X app on iPad? It seems pretty ridiculous that it is not supported in 2026.
Since it is very highly doubtful there is a technical software reason, which company is being bitch slapped by some kind of regulation of corporate BS? Is it Apple or X?
