Yes, a Governor can overrule what an agency does when it’s not consistent with the Governor’s goals for the state, including not exposing West Virginia to nuclear waste. That's how our system works - a Governor overrules anyone who reports to him.

We discovered a financial problem and planned to meet with the legislature to address. To create this scenario that we’re championing one program over another before any discussions are had is ridiculous.
