Attention Amnesty International. Civil rights being curtailed is absolutely unacceptable right? We the 'third world' expect you to haul up France if protestors are restricted from disturbing peace. It is their right to do so. You told us that.

The French president announced civil liberties could be curtailed in an evening address from the Élysée Palace after government buildings were torched and shops ransacked in nationwide protests.

Dhruv Tatti : I urge all my followers living in UK to join the protest in London against Gyanesh Kumar
His Pakistani and Bangladeshi followers took the call seriously and showed up.
And then he cries “vote chori” 😂😂
You may see this comment (either racist or patronizing) that "India has poor nutrition" from the Chinese online.
Yeah, India is poor in nutrition overall and where China was 15 years ago and fast catching up as per capita rises.
But here's how Chinese live for their nutrition:
Diabetes (adults 20–79)
China: 148 million
India: 90 million
Chronic hepatitis B
China: ~80–84 million
India:~30 million
Stroke (prevalent cases)
China: 26.3 million
India: 4.1 million
COPD (prevalent cases)
China: ~50–52.5 million
India: 43 million
Lung cancer (new cases)
China: ~1,060,000
India: ~82,000
Liver cancer (new cases)
China: ~368,000
India: ~39,000–42,000
Stomach cancer (new cases)
China: ~359,000
India: ~65,000
Esophageal cancer (new cases)
China: ~224,000
India: ~71,000
Nasopharyngeal cancer (new cases)
China: ~51,000
India: ~6,500
Adult overweight + obesity
China: 402 million
India: 180 million
Children/adolescents (5–19) high BMI
China: ~62 million
India: ~41 million
Children/adolescents obesity
China: ~33 million
India: ~14 million
All data has been adjusted for missed/under reported cases in both countries. China is the diabetes and cancer capital of the world.
Also, one small note: protein is very important. Eating required protein for your particular needs (gender, activity, age etc) is important.
But too many studies have shown lesser protein consumption leads to longer lifespans.
In India too, the Jains, Brahmins, and Vegetarian Sikhs tend to live the longest. So keep that in mind about protein intake. As I always say, don't overdo it.
If you are following some protein fad overdoing it, one day in future you will understand I was saying the right thing all along. You can abuse me for now.
Meanwhile Guess who Rakesh Tikait just met in Dubai?
His name is Rao Inderjeet Yadav, a gangster reportedly arrested in Dubai and accused in a murder case, with multiple criminal cases against him.
What exactly is the purpose of this meeting? And why in Dubai?

🇮🇳 Authorities closed a central #NewDelhi park Friday before a fresh protest seeking the removal of #India's election chief over a voter-roll revision that critics say has disenfranchised millions.
Organised by the Cockroach Janta Party, the campaign has become the focal point of opposition anger over allegations that the revised rolls favour Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ruling party.

Nice bit of spin narrative there. But let’s look at the actual replay: Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das didn't go to jail for waving the Tiranga at Jantar Mantar; they went in for breaching a signed legal undertaking.
The Court simply put on its batting pads and delivered a fair judgment based on standard procedure. No bad umpiring here. Yeh hi kanoon hai!
ASTONISHING: CJP’s Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das still in judicial custody for trespass and violation of prohibitory orders while waving the tricolour at Jantar Mantar (not an act of violence by any reckoning), and Hindu Raksha Dal members who were caught on camera beating protestors out on bail (an act of brazen goondaism). Yeh hai kanoon??😡

In 2016 Kiran wanted to leave India because of growing intolerance, but yet she is here.
Imran khan took American citizenship, but he is squatting here.
Yeh poori family India ko gaali deti hai aur India mein hi rehna hai inko.
This is the kind of hit back India must also give. Just imagine if MEA quotes some France24 post on India protests now with the message
"ST*U! Watch your backyard first."
We can be assured of hundreds of thousands of likes. The hit will be brutal for the media. But they won't. They will write a long diplomatic article after 100 hitjobs on India by foreign actors, that too if people push them to.

99% crowd in Dhruv Rathee’s “protest against Indian gvt” in London was Pakistani-Kanglus.
Many of them were carrying free Kashmir flags as well…
It should be shared widely on X-Instagram etc so that people understand the reality behind the recent “protests” by Congress-CJP etc…
