UGC is by far one of the best ways to make money right now. We've spent the last six months proving it with Viewmax and currently have an active team of 60 posting daily.
This role is for you if you are:
- Great on camera, ideally with past content experience
- Incredibly hungry and willing to obsess over this. This is not a 9-5
It will just be us and an editor working together every day.

Inauthentic content is the worst change YouTube has made in a while.
1) It's killing channels that are actually making amazing content (even with zero AI)
2) It's pushing everyone away from wanting to make YouTube videos, so they are migrating to other platform programs
3) The rule & enforcement is so vague that nobody knows how to actually make monetizable content
