5. Prioritize high floor players early in the draft. Players at high ADP (Bijan, Gibbs, Chase, Amon-Ra, etc.) in the first and second round form the basis of your elimination profile. Ceiling (risk) players can be found in later rounds and should be meant to add to your floor plays. Too much risk and you bust early, too much floor and you cant make it to the end. Floor early, mix in ceiling throughout. 6. Balance your roster through waivers based on what your missing. High risk? Grab a floor player. High floor? Grab a high ceiling low floor play.
