Apples and oranges. The issue isn’t legit tokens. MThe issue is that meme coins are shit coins. If you want crypto to grow and establish value and utility that truly benefits the issuer and the buyer, then the last thing you want to see is shit coins being issued by FLOTUS and POTUS. And to make matters worse, @coinbase and @iampaulgrewal add legitimacy to the farce. Going from asking for legitimate regulations that could build trust and accelerate the crypto industry, to giving legitimacy to them by trading them. What do you think is going to happen legally going forward?

That's up to Harvard to decide. Or, a University standard will be created where all college tokens have similar traits (like 5-yr CDS standards). Just because TRUMP token made no promises, doesn't mean other tokens are lawless. They have white papers & follow pre-defined rules.
