Also to clarify - I have no issues when people make a mistake. Pocket's pronouns are not that known, and I've called pocket 'he/him' many times, before I knew or when I forgot. It happens. The issue is that people spread hate. I do not ban people for mistakes - I ban people for spreading hate instead of acceptance. I won't be tolerant of intolerant people. If you cannot accept a fact that is literally created by the developers, then I don't know what to tell you. Just like Mina is a vampire, Pocket using they/them is also just a fact. If you need proof, just go check the wiki or check the voice lines.
