This morning at 7:15 AM, the #Northbrook Fire Department responded to a car into the ditch on the Edens at mile marker 30. One woman needed to be extricated by firefighters. Police received a report that the driver of the second car was fleeing on foot, however, he was located. – at Northbrook, IL
