Target area is ~1,640 sq miles (Rogue-Umpqua Divide, Applegate Valley, western slope of the southern Cascades) plus downwind areas, November 2026–May 2027, to increase snowpack and precipitation.

Nenshi was briefed on the concerns, yet the warnings never made it to city council.
Years later, Calgarians are dealing with the disastrous Bearspaw water main failures, not once, but twice.
Residents were forced to boil their water and ration their water use. Meanwhile, the man who led Calgary for 11 years has blamed everyone but himself.
Now, Calgary families are facing water bills projected to DOUBLE over the next three years, exceeding $200 per month.
Nenshi wants to lead Alberta. He can’t even keep water running for Calgarians.

🇺🇸 Washington just went after Iran’s money in 🇨🇦 Canada.
The US Treasury sanctioned 8 money services firms in Ontario and British Columbia, which it says moved money for sanctioned Iranian entities.
They’re now cut off from the dollar system.
“Canada cannot be a safe haven,” said Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
The same day, FinCEN cut off crypto exchange MEXC Global from US banks.
It says MEXC handled at least $ 16bn of illicit transactions linked to Iran, North Korea and Russia.
It’s the money side of the blockade.
Iran’s oil exports are already close to zero under the US Navy.
Now Washington is closing the channels that move what’s left of its cash.
The timing is awkward for Ottawa.
Carney is negotiating a trade deal with Trump and the sanctions land in Canada’s own exchange shops.

Government regulatory bodies know what’s covering our skies is not harmless water vapor. They invested $12M to study volatile particulate matter or sulfuric acid mainly from airplane exhaust.
They will research for the next 3 years, then try to regulate through the United Nations for a couple more years. By 2030, the plan all along to cool the Earth, David Keith famously said this can cause tens of thousands of deaths.
By then, Earth and all living on it will be very sick.
$12M FAA - ASCENT Project 002, through Philip Whitefield runs 2025 - 2026 measures ‘volatile particulates’ that form from exhaust, mainly including ➡️sulfuric acid droplets⬅️ and other chemicals.
These chemical filled droplets seed ice crystals and form the expanding white trails that cover the sky. The FAA has already admitted these trails expand up to miles, alter the climate, and reflect the sunlight away from the earth or block the sun (FAA Contrails page, July 21, 2025). The visible line is ice, but it forms on chemical nuclei, NOT pure water vapor alone.
The project tests these chemicals while chasing and following aircraft, including a Gulfstream behind a G700 with Rolls-Royce Pearl engines in Savannah, plus ground campaigns on Pratt & Whitney-powered A220s in Canada and E195-E2/A320neo aircraft in Europe.
The data feeds ICAO’s CAEP (Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection), the UN specialized agency that sets global aircraft emission standards.
ICAO itself is now testing and evaluating volatile particulate matter through its technical working groups, reviewing measurement methods and cruise-level emissions data to consider future standards.
Any regulations we have, global or within the United States, do not cover this volatile particulate matter. The U.S. has generally waited for ICAO agreements before regulating aircraft emissions.
Why hand the findings to ICAO for global rules instead of acting under the Clean Air Act, which lists sulfuric acid aerosols as a toxic chemical, here in the United States?
Why is the FAA and EPA telling the public these trails are harmless water vapor while studying sulfuric acid and other chemical particulates that seed them???!!!!!
