For #WorldDrowningPreventionDay, we asked fitness content creator Jacob Ward to jump into our sea survival pool and find his float 💪 Do you know how you float? Practising this skill could save your life one day. #RNLI #FindYourFloat #RespectTheWater #FloatToLive

We were at the Caversham Court Fete and saw some amazing colouring entries to the CADRA Residents’ Association colouring competition. Thank you to @RBFRSofficial for providing us with the design for the competition. Here are a few of the entries. ❤️

This is a great video please watch. It is two minutes……two minutes that could save a life. If you would like to know more, or practice using a throw line, then please reach out to us or the RBFRS.
Would you know how to help someone in trouble in the water? Our firefighters from Caversham Road have issued this short video showing you how to use a throw line, safely and effectively. Please share - knowing what to do could make all the difference.

16% of child accidental drownings on inland waters are from jumping and diving in. Make sure your child knows what to do if they get into trouble in water during the hot weather this weekend. Remind them to follow safety signage and #FloatToLive if they get into difficulty.

Heading out for drinks this #Christmas period? 🥂 Make sure you plan a safe route home away from water. A quarter of accidental inland drownings are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. #FloatToLive if you find yourself in the water. #RespectTheWater #DontDrinkAndDrown
