Travel around the world to get to the golden ticket… First ever Tottenham away ticket purchased. 6 years, £1.2k spent on tickets & 26k+ miles travelled. Huge thanks to @bootifulgame & @johnwilliamson for all the info along the journey, couldn’t have got there without them.

HT: Newcastle 0 Everton 0 Long balls, mostly aimless, and a half in which Newcastle were lucky to emerge level Jaissle furious when midfield is played through & around, but it's his decision to play with two Everton would be ahead if they had a clinical striker. Barry missed chance from 6 yards but their midfield is v bright Home crowd booed, briefly, before half hour, and it had the feel of turning inside here had Everton scored. Boos louder on whistle

This squad was our greatest of all time in my opinion. Perhaps DM the only weakness,but I really liked Edu or Ray next to Vieira. Four strikers to pick from Henry, Bergkamp, Kanu, Wiltord. Four centre backs Adams, Campbell, Keown, Upson. LB: Cole or GVB. RB: Lauren or Dixon.
