just tinkering around with the whifflag modifier. if you have it set to "both", hitting shield counts as a whiff, Wrastor fair - 12f landing lag on whiff/shield - 8f on hit - 10f with no modifiers on I'd like to see a shield hit be in the middle, as if no modifier was enabled.

The new gameplay modifiers in rivals 2 are so sick. The whole patch was actually pretty good.
