Building Team Haraldsen — helping you get in the best shape of your life | Built @heroicgg → multi-million exit | Norwegian in Seoul 🇳🇴🇰🇷

Three years ago, I spent most of my life behind a screen—barely moving and eating terribly. Getting in shape changed my life. So I built Team Haraldsen: personal coaching, a plan made for you, weekly accountability, and a team behind you. You don’t have to do it alone.

Energy capacity = economic capacity, in one chart There are no low electricity, rich countries
"Energy Capacity = Economic Capacity" Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger on why America's power grid is the ceiling on growth: "We went through 10 to 15 years where essentially I was taking coal offline at the rate I was adding renewables, and essentially the nation was flatlined in terms of overall energy capacity." "So essentially our economic capacity as a nation, flat for fifteen years." "Even with that, we've gone to maybe increasing our national energy capacity 4% per year. Going from essentially zero to one." "Nuclear as base load is a fabulous thing that we want to go build more of. Unfortunately all of our renewables have deep dependencies in China." "Energy capacity somewhat dampens how euphoric we can get on AI. Why build a new data center and buy the million GPUs if I can't power them?" @PGelsinger @RaghuRaghuram @appenz

For some reason, my ChatGPT dots have stopped responding, and it doesn't even take my calls. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sharing a glimpse from a recent field test where we are pushing the boundaries of our passive/multistatic radar network. Passive means the nodes don't transmit. A radar that transmits tells the enemy exactly where it is. Ours stay quiet until we decide otherwise. And because it's a network of many small, cost-efficient nodes rather than one vulnerable radar, losing a node doesn't leave you blind. But none of that counts for anything until it works outside a lab. So we collect data in real conditions – real clutter, real signals, real weather. Every test feeds the models, and every round of data makes the next test sharper. Detection is the first step. The data we collect now is what will let us predict how the enemy flies and, ultimately, take it out before it reaches its target.

This. Extremely important, if we think our values or interest is better, safer, more ethical etc. the only way to enforce those is to not slow down but to keep scaling and be better quicker
Technology is the answer Slowing down our progress means we get outcompeted by other nations who don’t share our values or interest Its really that simple

Hi Astra users. A reset and a quick update on quality issues that have been posted around. Working with some of you, we have found and fixed the following issues: - Some skills written for previous models were triggering too often or preventing the model from checking its work. - An opt-in context management experiment that could cause early stops or replies to older messages. We've disabled it. Our rough estimate is that 4-5k users were affected by this experiment. - We've also removed some badly configured engines that resulted in a measured quality degradation for a long tail of traffic flowing through them. We’ve also made some more minor improvements and things should feel significantly better across the board. More consistent follow-through, better tracking of your latest message, and better checks on the work as it’s going through the motions. The examples posted and all the users who worked directly with us were incredibly useful in helping fix things quickly. Always grateful for this incredible community. And of course, a reset is also landing by midnight today.

OpenAI is just straight out winning
We will give one banked reset for every day you don't have access to Astra on your paid ChatGPT plan, starting today. Team is moving mountains to give access as fast as we can. First one will land in ~ 3 hours. There is still time to create your account if you don't have one.

Cursor cloud agents used to only work on Cursor's computers. Private git, GPUs, Macs. Skip the agent, or ship secrets into their VM. Now the brain stays in Cursor's cloud. The hands run on your machines. Worker talks out only. Not air-gap. But the agent can finally sit next to the real stack.

Ollama can sit in front of Claude Desktop now. Toggle Claude on in Ollama. It sets up the gateway. Then you can use local or Ollama-cloud open models inside Claude Desktop. Toggle off and you're back to the old Claude setup.

too many people are obsessed with whether a piece of work has been made with AI or not. it’s 2026. … of course people produce work with AI! focus on the QUALITY and SUBSTANCE. not whether someone used AI. if it’s great, awesome. if it’s shit, let people know. be ruthless on slop. but an emdash doesn’t necessarily make something slop. nor does the absence of it make something high quality. if you write stuff off purely because it’s made with AI, you’re intellectually lazy. get on the right side of history.

I couldn’t care less. Scam Altman and Greg Stockman are utterly untrustworthy assholes who stole an open source nonprofit.
