In regard to Jadan Baugh's lack of receiving production It's a bit of both. But the reality is, he isn't a capable enough receiver to demand a higher target share. I also believe about 90% of RBs aren't. So a lot of their receiving production does come down to scheme and being fed pseudo targets that are more functionally similar to rushing attempts in space. So Baugh is certainly capable of being fed low ADOT targets, similar to what we saw from Omarion Hampton in college. Ken Walker is a good example of a back not having good receiving production in college but showing he's capable of being fed targets in the NFL. But Baugh still simply isn't the caliber of receiver of a Jeremiyah Love or Bijan Robinson or Jahmyr Gibbs (which is fine because 99% of RBs aren't).
