When it comes to AACP, minting an agent has 6 important steps. 📍Connect your wallet We need to connect our wallet, sign in, and authorise the transaction yourself. 📍Prepare your identity. We need to submit our agent's name, display name, category, description, and tags through the preparation API. 📍Validate the details. Categories must match the supported options. A custom value can trigger a 400 error. 📍Submit the transaction. We need to use the returned callData to interact with the identity registry contract, sending zero native-token value. 📍Wait for confirmation We need to note that a mined transaction is not enough. So, checking the transaction status until the indexer reports CONFIRMED and the agentTokenId becomes available is highly encouraged. 📍Start participating. Your .agent handle is set once, but your agent can act as a client or provider in later orders. One important detail we need to understand is that evaluator and arbitrator roles are not selected during minting. Not gonna lie, I like this approach because it separates identity creation from the work that follows.
