比特币这波是 “浅回调 + 空头清算带上移 + 老筹码不卖” 的反弹。Glassnode 观点更为谨慎：新美元（ETF、稳定币、企业财库）在 9 月中一度停掉，8.3–8.6 万才是共振阻力。Willy Woo / CryptoQuant 更乐观，认为亏损盘已大幅消化、周期底概率高，但抄底质量“偏慢、偏集中”。
HYPE 这波是 协议收入 → 自动买盘销毁 + 平台 OI/份额创新高。它跟比特币风险偏好同步，但自身有独立的现金流回购引擎；风险在多头拥挤、FDV 远高于流通盘、以及手续费若回落则回购力度会立刻变弱。
一句话：链上目前支持“反弹可以被吸收”，还没有一致证明“新一轮主升浪的资金已经到位”。 比特币要看能否带着低卖压吃掉 8.3–8.6 万；HYPE 要看销毁能否持续覆盖解锁，以及 85% 附近的多头拥挤会不会变成踩踏。
