'MAKING ME DO THESE BAD DECISIONS' 🥵 P-pop group Alamat explores the occult in the music video for their latest single, “Pagbigyan (Bad Decisions),” released yesterday, October 28. In the MV, R-ji, Taneo, and Tomas fall victim to a female mambabarang they encounter in BGC, while Mo, Jao, and Alas take on the roles of albularyos tasked with curing them. The track is part of the group’s second studio album, “Destino,” which also features “LuzViMinda,” and the Filipino Music Awards-winning R&B single “Sinigang.” Alamat recently made their Paris debut at the A Festival on October 24 and 25. The group will hold their major concert, “ALX: Alamat the Legendary Experience,” on November 8. COURTESY: Alamat/YouTube

(Not TK related) But Can I just gush and share some context about @Official_ALAMAT’s new PAGBIGYAN (BAD DECISIONS) MV? It’s been on my mind nonstop… #ALAMAT #ALAMATPagbigyanMV youtu.be/FisJrWCKyVw?si=Y3GO… Everything here is based on what I’ve learned, so if there’s anything to add or correct, let’s discuss it together! MO - Magiliw na Gabi Bayan This is a nod to the iconic 1990s television horror special Magandang Gabi Bayan hosted by Noli de Castro during Halloween... essentially the 90s equivalent of Jessica Soho’s Gabi ng Lagim, which explored supernatural stories and folklores.
