LIV fumbled any chance of being relevant to golf fans when they didn't make their league an actual team based league.
The half in half out approach they took was always dumb.

This was one factor that make the Jon Rahm signing so strange.
When he signed it was pretty obvious LIV was a failed product full of failed promises.
But don't feel sorry for Rahm he was simply playing on LIV for the love of the game. Money wasn't a factor.
According to multiple people I spoke with, including players, LIV golfers could still be owed in excess of $250 Million combined from contracts they signed.
The biggest portion of the lump sum is Jon Rahm who allegedly is still owed as much as….$150 million.
It seems like a foregone conclusion that LIV will file for bankruptcy, so almost no chance Rahm and the others owed will get all of the money owed.
Also could be converted into equity if they find investors for LIV 2.0 and the players decide to stay.
