You may never know
what happened after
you helped someone.
You can be faithful
without getting
the rest of the story.
AI can help you
find the words.
Before you send them,
ask whether you're willing
to stand behind them.
A polished promise
still needs to be kept.
When someone asks for help,
pay attention to your first response.
A sigh can make
“my door is always open”
hard to believe.
You don't have to turn
every hard season
into a lesson
while you're still living it.
You can ask God for help
before you have
something wise to say.
Before you automate a task,
sit with the person doing it.
Ask about the exceptions.
Ask what usually goes wrong.
The work looks different
from inside the work.
Your team shouldn't have to guess
which deadline matters most.
When everything is urgent,
you've handed them
a decision
you were supposed to make.
When you tell someone
you'll pray for them,
pause long enough to do it.
Care gets crowded out
when we leave it
for later.
Use AI to get an hour back.
Then let someone you love
have your undivided attention.
Some of the best returns
on technology
happen away from a screen.
Before you call someone
“low initiative,”
ask what happened
the last time they took it.
People remember
what their ideas cost them.
You can pray for someone
and still need a little distance.
Loving them doesn't require
pretending the hurt is gone.
God can work on your heart
while you hold a boundary.
Some days, faithfulness
looks like keeping
a small promise
after the enthusiasm
has worn off.
Make the call.
Show up.
Do what you said.
Love becomes easier to trust
when it follows through.
If you want your team
to learn AI,
put learning time
on the calendar.
Curiosity needs room
in the workday.
“Figure it out”
isn't much of a training plan.
When someone leaves your team
for a good opportunity,
help them leave well.
Their growth can take them
beyond your organization.
You still got to be
part of their story.
You prayed for humility.
Today it may sound like,
“You were right.
I hadn't considered that.”
You can learn from someone
without first explaining
how much you already know.
When AI helps you
finish something faster,
check whether it made
the next person's job easier too.
Time saved on your end
can become cleanup
on someone else's.
A canceled one-on-one
may give you an hour back.
It may cost someone else
another week
of feeling stuck.
Reschedule it
while you still have
their calendar open.
Pay attention to how you speak
to the person
who can't do anything
for your career.
Loving your neighbor
includes the people
you have no reason to impress.
Before you ask AI
to make it sound smarter,
ask it to make it clearer.
Someone on the other end
is trying to understand you.
Make their job easier.
When you ask your team
for ideas,
try speaking last.
Your first suggestion
can quietly become
the answer everyone
tries to give you.
What do people keep asking you to explain?
That could be your next online course.
