It's a shame that a substantially large portion of society when given AI diverges into slop,useless bot activity that isn't beneficial to society. Common we can do better. Go advance science,math,physics,biology,technology,creativity.
For what it's worth the next 10 years will truly be remarkable in the amount of change that will happen in every category known to exist and to just be able to witness that as humanity will be nothing less than sheerly wonderful. Take a breath take it all in and appreciate.
When it comes to slowing down Ai it's all about the Journey rather than the destination. This is what I'm understanding I hope more people can shed light on why slowing down AI is now the focus.

What if for AI we give licenses. If you want to us x model here is x license. If you want an even more powerful model be in that industry and hold x license.
I often hear about RSI the singularity and what's shortly coming next and I often think it's just as much of a journey as arriving at the destination. Enjoy it humanity. All of it.
I often see engagement get rewarded regardless of quality but by quantity. As both AI gets trained with information we owe it to civilization to push the bar and explore new areas and move the bar upward.
The only counter I have to RSI is that humanity will need to audit the results. I don't see a pathway where things just run freely and I do hope to be wrong on this.
Something I see personally due to the algorithm I follow is when advances across fields happen at the finish line. It would be nice to implement a platform through AI or other where one can see % progress towards the next step across multiple disciplines.
For what it's worth it's nice seeing Sam Altman reply to people so much whether it is him or an agentic workflow doing it in the background. If more CEO's take that approach the connection between company and people feels closer. @sama
Food for thought. Tesla cars drive themselves with FSD to supercharging stations that have wireless charging pad then drive back to home. Subscription off peak and on peak rates 2am to 5am. Don't even need full FSD can offer it to every car through cheap subscription. @elonmusk
