In this notice, we will explain how we have identified and addressed misconduct to date, the technical and operational improvements that will be implemented moving forward, the criteria for determining violations and imposing sanctions, and the procedures for submitting reports and appeals.

Going forward, we will strive to demonstrate that we are worthy of your trust through clearer standards and more careful reviews in our actual operations.
