2026 brings sequel to Metamorphosis -"To Be": the second breath
My poems are a thoughtful compilation that are rooted in an honest encounter with the weight of our being. Rather than resisting or reshaping it, I give it form through language, allowing1/2

Spiritual practice requires relaxing-
-into uncertainty-
-into discomfort-
-into fear-
-into judgment-
-into being misunderstoodβ¦
Start to relax into small things.
Breathe.
Relaxation cannot be forced.
Have patience.
Keep Faith in Your Heartβ¦
You ARE Being Guided.

Thoughts holds no inherent power-
-until We decide that theyβre meaningful.
We entertain thoughts as a bad habit.
We give them too much attention.
Ask why am I taking this so seriously?
Observe thoughts coming and going.
Donβt engage.
Let them move.
Be the Silent Witness.

"I am the ocean-
tides at the shores of my eyes
carrying nameless depths"
When you love being near the ocean and ask yourself the deeper questionβwhy am I drawn to the rambunctious roar of the waves?βthe answer lies not only in their resonance, but in the sense of oneness 1/3
they awaken with the depths.
Perhaps we take so much into ourselves, storing it in nameless depths. And only once in a while, when what we carry becomes too overwhelming, does it rise to the shore of our eyesβonly to be tucked away again, like a memory, in the spiral shell 2/3
of time.
What was once scribbled as an echo of a few lines has now become a poemβpublished, and somehow no longer entirely mine. 3/3

After dropping off my car for a puncture repair, receipt in hand, I head to a coffee shop to wait. With nothing but a pen and the back of that repair receipt, I seize the rare occasion of forced space in obligations, to catch the words rushing through my head
βand let them spill onto the only paper I had.
A mundane repair receipt becomes the canvas for something deeply personal.
The words briefly in the poem, "We spend a lifetime building a place to rest, only to discover that rest was never a placeβit was a state we had to
grow into. Peace cannot be constructed, perfected, or found outside oneselfβit arrives when we finally stop running from ourselves."

Emotional charge arises from polarity.
Polarity arises from a divided identity.
Me vs them
Me vs my past
Me vs outer expectations
Me vs self-judgement
You donβt need to βhealβ.
You need to βUndivideβ.
No you
No other
No division
True Self is beyond separationβ¦
