This field is super hostile today at the Liberty Coin RCQ. Lots of Green and some Lotus Combo. Two rounds and I’ve mulled five times, let’s hope that’s enough of that.

Modern is pretty damn exciting to watch. Also terrifying for me to play, but maybe that will go away eventually.

Tonight, “high-roller” Pioneer at @gamersgauntlet , tomorrow Pioneer RCQ in Lansing, and if I’m still eligible, maybe Sunday RCQ at Eternal. Playing a 50/50 deck, gonna have to play and draw well!

Oftentimes in gathering places like this water park I took my son to I’m reminded that I’m not special, I’m just some asshole who didn’t ask to be born raising a son who also didn’t ask for life. Its watching all the people live their lives that does it. He’s having fun at least.

Room is booked and ticket bought for SCGCon Columbus in September. Pioneer and WOE limited!

Pioneer RCQ at Jester’s Gallery, playing Rakdos Midrange 1: Grixis Archfiend ✅🥲🥲 2: Golfari CoCo ✅✅ 3: Azorius Lotus Field ✅✅ 4: Grixis Control ✅✅ 5: Rakdos Midrange 🥲🥲 Ahh fuck. Had a good time anyway.

MOM draft, achievement unlocked, attacked with flipped Rona on four. Gross. #magic

D4 season 1 coming around at the perfect time. I’m about 80 and just starting to get bored of no upgrades and ever more deadly NM tiers.

Am confused?

Whoops, sorry everyone, turned on the @tigers in the 9th

OH MY GOD the people/alligator ratio in Louisiana is 1.33 FUCKING RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!

TIL there are over one alligators for every 20 people in Florida and that’s terrifying.

NGL I completely forgot Deathrite Shaman is legal in Pioneer. Saw it in the upcoming Explorer Anthology and was really confused.

Not much of a DC guy, never seen Justice League or most of that stuff. The Flash is an excellent time travel movie, though I am of course biased by Keaton. Worth a see.
