Finaly first subscription after a year of trying to make apps
It seems like I've finally created something good enough to make someone pay for it
Although it may seem ridiculous, I'm really proud of this, and I hope that other will follow!
Built an iOS app in 1 day just for the challenge.
RevenueCat, PostHog, the whole stack set up and ready to go.
Curious to see how it goes 👀
It's so hard not to get overwhelmed by constant AI upgrades.
"You can't miss this","You should do this","X can do WHAT now?"
So much noise when you're just trying to focus on your actual work.
But at the same time, it's exciting to keep up with all this innovation.
I'm giving myself one month to get 10 paying users.
This time, I won't give up.
Motivation comes and goes. This time, I'm filled with determination.
Even if I fail, I'll go through the whole month and come out knowing what worked, what didn't, and what to do next.
Let's begin
To all the UGC bosses out there:
I'm setting up TikTok accounts to build organic traffic.
I'm targeting 3 niches willing to pay for my app.
Now it's warm-up time and I've never done this before.
What are your best tips to warm up an account and analyze what content works?
Launched my iOS app 7 days ago.
Results so far: 2 trials, 1 cancellation.
Not huge, but real users. I've been reworking ASO and onboarding all week.
Week 2 will tell if it worked.
When are you giving up on your app ?
Do you aim to slowly build a solid and resilient audience or are you aiming to the app that goes viral ?
OpenAI just dropped a LOT at DevDay.
• Dots: always-on AI agents that can work across 4,000+ apps
• GPT-6 Sol & Luna: smarter, faster and 50% cheaper in the API
• ChatGPT Space: humans + AI agents working together
iOS devs where do you usually place Sign in with Apple in your onboarding flow?
Before the paywall?
After the paywall, once the user has subscribed?
Or do you let users enter the app first and create an account later?
Curious what converts best for you.
