@Ticketmaster I repurchased the ticket as instructed and both times the funds were deducted from my account. In fact the two transactions are still showing on my statement. This was an event for my boyfriend’s birthday and you or to company have yet to make it right.
@Ticketmaster The seats were showing on the website, the payment was processed and I told this to customer service!!! What is the solution? To repurchase for an event that is over!!! No ownership of your company’s error and no investigation- zilch, nada.
