HIT-A-THON is officially out. The entire album was fully recorded and mixed on livestream. @DDG recorded 31 songs in 7 days and we mixed and mastered the 15 track album in just 24 hours over a span of 3 days in order to make the release day. From nothing to a top 5 album across all genres in just 10 days 🤯
Needless to say we had a lot of fun getting this done and it's been great to see all the much deserved positive feedback on the album. s/o all the amazing artists, producers, engineers and mgmnt/label team for pulling off the impossible. Cant think a better team who could've pulled this off.

Lastly - this whole experience has put a battery in my back. I think being able to fully mix records on livestream is something really special and much more valuable than a "mix breakdown" If you're an artist/label/mgr who's interested in having your records mixed live without worrying about the public hearing them before release- please tap in w me as I think we've paved a really dope new lane and I'd love to continue giving this content to the people. Big shoutout to the engineers, producers, artists, and everyone behind the scenes who made sure #HitAThon came together so quickly. 👏🏾
@PontiacMadeDDG just finished a 7-day marathon, and THREE DAYS LATER the album was out. That turnaround is insane. Getting songs mixed, mastered, cleared, and finalized that fast while the anticipation was still at its peak deserves recognition.
The team understood the urgency and made sure the momentum from the marathon didn’t die out by making fans wait weeks or months. They quenched the thirst while everybody was still thirsty.
That’s how you capitalize on momentum. Shoutout to the whole team and to @PontiacMadeDDG on a successful project! See you on @billboard
