Forest Green Rovers owner Dale Vince says his club are going to operate without a single manager or head coach and “see what happens”.
Robbie Savage left his position as manager of National League side Forest Green on October 2, taking up the same role at Peterborough.
Despite Savage’s exit, Vince says there is “no vacancy” at Forest Green, adding that he wants to see how the club does without a “big-ego manager” — marking a departure from the traditional coaching set-up at football clubs.
