Was ready to suggest we move off @awscloud Bedrock for Claude: no native structured outputs, and Opus/Sonnet 5.5 reject forced tool_choice. But today output_config.format works, enforced on Opus 4.7+,Sonnet 5 and 5.5. Same test returned 400 on Tuesday. Docs still say "unsupported"

If coding agents will write most of our code, what happens with our communities and sense of ergonomics? How does it impact our compilers and tools?

BEAM is the correct virtual machine for agents, and Elixir and Gleam are the correct languages. The future is massively concurrent

I saw this tweet a few days ago. Perfect timing since I was already refreshing my C memories (no pun intended) watching @antirez 's course. Here's my GH repo with the basic malloc implementation. At the end I asked Claude to quiz me ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ That was fun! github.com/nickgnd/malloc-tuโ€ฆ
MALLOC in C by @danluu is the best thing I have read about OS and low level code. I beg you lot to take a look, and try this out. I don't care which OS you are on, get a VM if you have to, but do this one lads, you'll love it. danluu.com/malloc-tutorial/

Catching up on @antirez's C course during the Xmas break. My 14" screen with YouTube + neovim + compiler + ClaudeCode got tight fast. I wrote a simple tmux binding to swap the current pane with a "hidden" one. Now I can toggle Claude in/out instantly ๐Ÿคฉ nickgnd.com/pills/2025/12/23โ€ฆ

. @antirez hai seguito il keynote di apertura dell' @OpenAI DevDay 2025 ? Ci sono diverse novita', non tanto sul lato modelli, ma piu' dev tooling (e.g. agent kit) e creazione di "app" (App sdk + MCP). ...Vogliano portare tutto all'interno di ChatGPT . youtube.com/watch?v=hS1Yqcewโ€ฆ

Looking for clickable stacktraces in #neovim? ๐Ÿญ Built a custom `nvim://` URL handler that opens files directly from @elixirphoenix error pages, everything glued using #tmux because why not ๐Ÿค– nickgnd.com/posts/2025/09/15โ€ฆ #elixirlang #myelixirstatus #dotfiles

Lot of fun with @adafruit and circuit python, let's see if I can build an air quality index ๐Ÿคฉ Measuring: - Temperature (in Celsius, wrong label in the pic) - Humidity (that's humid today!) - CO2 - PM 2.5

Great example on how to implement your own model in Bumblebee starting from the current ones ๐Ÿค“ Kudos to @bitcrowd for sharing it. #myelixirstatus
This blog post from the team @bitcrowd is an outstanding resource for those who want to leverage SOTA embeddings with bumblebee. Easily the highest value resource I've seen on the subject yet. This post in particular covers the path from zero to Jina v2 bitcrowd.dev/how-to-run-jinaโ€ฆ
