You may have noticed I've stopped posting here. This is due to concerns over X's governance, moderation & the proliferation of misinformation, as well as declining engagement.
This account will - for now - remain open as a record.
Delighted to have worked with @BawdenTom on this article, highlighting some of the risks of noise exposure, and the impact of #tinnitus.
How our modern lives fuel a tinnitus crisis - and if you should bin your earphones inews.co.uk/news/health/mode…
My blog post about the rebrand to @uk_tinnitus has made it into the @CharityComms summer reading list - along with some fantastic contributions covering all things rebrand.
If only a certain technology billionaire had read them...

Fingers crossed the cloud blows through and we get some cricket today here at @WoolpitCC for @suffolkcricket vs @surreycricket in the @NCCA_uk Showcase match
This was the second album I ever bought. I played it relentlessly until the tape warped.
@BigCountryUK gave me a focus for being 'other' - some kids go goth, some go emo, some go punk. I went Celt... ☺️🏴
Never a dull moment when @StuartBroad8 had a ball or bat in his hand.
Thank you for everything. No one could have given more.
Will be watching @SurreyCCC_Lon24
later but @bbctms will be on to see if you get your bunny again!

I've been on the team pretty much the entire time I've been in East Anglia. Every year, I have fab people to work with - some new, some returners.

Book 21: Voices of the Dead @ambroseparry (@cbrookmyre and Dr Marisa Haetzman).
Rattling good story, less harrowing than Will and Sarah's last outing. Spotted the baddie midway through, enjoyed the race as W&S caught up.
And Kimble! We need more Kimble!
Nicely symmetrical today.
Is anyone else still playing #Wordle? Or am I hopelessly old-fashioned, and all the cool kids are doing something else?

It's been one of those days where something that should have been quick and straightforward uncovers problems. Multiple things, multiple problems...
I've done two rebrands in my time, so I'm not calling myself an expert by any means, but what @elonmusk is implementing at @Twitter has to be one of the worst conceived and badly implemented I've ever seen.
.@Twitter’s rebrand to X slammed illogical
Experts have said there appears to be “no best practice branding logic” behind Twitter’s rebrand, describing it as “all very amateur”.

We had a lovely pottering morning - went over to Thornham for the Bagel or Beigel Open Morning i.e. breakfast; had a coffee; went to Mendham and did some geocaches, including one we DNF'ed EIGHT years ago and dropped off six books between two phone box libraries.
Overheard in the coffee shop:
Hipster dad: "Milo, what would you like to eat?"
Milo: "Aubergine"
Milo settled for a chocolate brownie.
At four, I had never heard of an aubergine, never mind eaten one. Mushrooms were as exotic as it got...
There were a couple of loose lettuce leaves in our @riverford veg box, so ever helpful, Cosmo and Westley tidied them up for us...
